In this special edition, Leakes shares her a few of her beauty and haircare secrets… one of which is that her Blonde comb over ‘doo is really all hers!

Nene may or may not be one of your favorite “housewives” but you can’t take away the fact that she’s stepped her game up a hundred thousand trillion since the first season of the show.

The “housewife” you love to hate is (for the most part) pretty stylish. Her hair never moves and her makeup is always flawless.
Nene says her daily routine is really no different than any working woman and she takes great pride in her looks and appearance.

For those of you who were wondering about her hair… she claims it’s her real hair and that she only adds a track in her bang. I don’t think she mentioned why she chose to go with a platinum doo but she does reveal her maintenance routine.
How often does she shampoo and condition her hair?
Leakes tells the mag she gets her ‘doo shampooed and conditioned twice a week and has it done 3 to 4 times a week (due to the fact that she’s constantly on camera). Oh… and she’s au naturel… no perm/relaxer at all!
As for her face… Nene says she doesn’t pack a separate purse of makeup and cart it around in her bag.
On the RHOA she’s always seen refreshing her lipgloss, and that’s because she only carries with her is lipgloss, powder and the sheets to dab her face.
Nene has several different projects going on… her shoe line, her “New Normal” television show…etc. But she will most definitely be back for Season 5 of the Real Housewives of Atlanta.
The exposure from the other shows are great…. but RHOA is how she keeps cashes those TRUMP CHECKS!

I remember NeNe from season one, I thought she looked very attractive. Once the checks rolled in she began having surgery. I’m happy for her success, but she really looked better before!!!

her hair should be all hers…it’s like 3 inches at the longest point. idk if i believe that she’s natural. nene used to be my favorite housewife of any franchise but she has changed more than any other housewife from ANY franchise. i wish she was less pretentious and obnoxious so i could be happier about her success…i like when she throws shade on sheree and kim but she has her nose up to everyone now.

I think her make up looks nice and fresh. I love seeing colors on dark skinned women. I also like her hair. I know a lot of people do not like the blonde, but again, it works as a contrast to her dark skin tone. And I am not a NeNe fan. I think she’s way too loud and agressive. But women seem to like her and look up to her, so she could keep doing her thing to continue being a light to those women who may not have any one else to look up to.
