It’s probably safe to say that season 1 of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta aka ‘As the Hood Turns’ is a wrap!
As I revealed to you several weeks ago, Lil Scrappy totally broke Buffy the Body Shay Buckeey Johnson‘s heart down to the white meat by asking Erica Dixon (aka Baby Mama) to marry him on national television.

I was not an avid watcher of this show. I only caught bits and pieces here and there, but I decided to watch the reunion show tonight. Straight up embarrassing. Scrappy’s mother? A walking stereotype. Joseline? A proud gold digger. Mimi? A doormat in cute shoes. And that damn Buckey, who’s clearly in need of a stylist who enjoys a challenge, got exactly what she deserved. Flava didn’t want her, and neither does scrappy.
Sidebar: What’s up with that comment about him putting things in Erica’s name now? What is/was Buckshot doing for him?

It’s scary to me that people see him as being charismatic, but clearly people agree with you. The few times I’ve seen him on screen, I’ve had to fight the urge to grab my bug spray. That’s just me.
This whole season i’ve been rooting for Erica, but I must admit I felt sorry for Shay on the part 2 reunion. She was publicly humiliated and embarrassed. I think she is an opportunist, a fame whore and just a plain whore, but for that moment I felt sorry for her.
If Erica can forgive Scrappy for lying and cheating then there shouldn’t be such a big grudge against Shay because I really don’t think Shay knew they were still together. How is it that women let men get away with murder, but will be ready to thrown down on the other chick?
