The photo above was taken during an exchange between Usher and Ivory T. Brown earlier today in court and while there is no concrete proof Ursh is “doing” his legal counsel, if photos could talk this one would be a steamy romantic poem.

Tameka has so far brought up the fact that while Usher obtained a restraining order against his stalker, Darshelle Jones-Rakestraw that protected his two sons, his grandmother, aunt and himself… he didn’t include her on the list as the boy’s mother.

She made a great point today on the stand being that she has the boys way more than he does and being that Darshelle made it all the way into Usher’s home (and actually sat at his kitchen counter), it would seem that he would have thought about the boys safety and added her name to the restraining order as well.
Tameka’s sister is also taking the stand today and is expected to give some EXPLOSIVE testimony concerning Usher and his relationship with his mother Jonetta Patton.

I was never a huge Tameka fan, but from a humane point of view I gotta say I’m tired of seeing her put through this mess and Usher is looking more and more like a world class jerk everyday. If he cares about his "image" as much as it seems he does, he’d pay attention to the fact that many of his fans are actually shaking their heads at how callous, selfish and insensitive he is coming across in this whole custody case, and he would fall back, if only to improve people’s impression of him. Tameka’s been through hell lately and really, at what point do you say "enough"? As for that picture…well I could say I see some degree of affection, but the truth is I don’t know what exchange took place at that exact moment the picture was snapped, so I’ll withhold judgement until further notice…

This is a sad situation for all parties involved!The ones who are going to be affected the most are the children!
