I have friends that don’t like each other and in an effort to remain neutral, I told each friend don’t speak ill of the other infront of me. I don’t have anything to do with their drama and I want to keep it that way.
Rasheeda should have told that to K.Michelle. She is good friends with Toya/MempHitz so her loyalty lies there but where she messed up is not telling K.Michelle the first time she brought it up, she didn’t want to discuss it. Allowing her to go on and on seems like she was interested in what she had to say. If I was her I would have said, I want to get to know you but I can’t if you keep talking about my friends especially to me.

It has to be hard to move on from a situation when everbody around you who you think are your real friends, don’t believe you. People are calling K.Michelle crazy, hell I would be a little crazy too if I’m yelling out for help and it’s like everybody around me is deaf.
This could be Toya’s warning. She doesn’t have to believe it but keep it in the back of her mind just in case red flags start to show up. A lot of people get into relationships with people who are abusive and they never find out that person is abusive until it’s too late. So Toya should be at least keeping a thought of "what could happen" with this dude in the back of her mind.

but that’s the thing…obviously that was a traumatic experience so sure, she handled it improperly. everyone deals with their issues differently and she went about it the wrong way. when someone is passionate and driven about their career/dream and you violate that, threaten to take it away, some might just go off the rails. if she felt protected by her label she might not have done that.

People don’t just " move on" from traumatic experiences as you advised. Many find strength in verbalizing what has happened to them. It is HER story to tell as long as she chooses. If you don’t want to hear it, just tune out. That is your option

I believe K Michelle was beaten up and Rasheeda was dead wrong implying otherwise, as K Michelle said she was not there and although they maybe close friends of hers she should have kept her thoughts to herself.

Although the readers know that I do not have cable but I have been working late a couple of days and picking up my son from my parents, who have cable, late. I have gotten to watch two episodes. I still have no idea who she is but a person who has dealt with abusive boyfriends, her plight saddened me and Rasheeda was dead wrong for what she said. If you are her friend and or concerned for her,all that needs to be said is I understand, I am sorry that happened to you, and how can I help you move forward. Nobody was there with there girl. Its not easy to admit what happened to you. I know who Memphis is and of course he is gonna say he didn’t do anything but does that mean he didn’t. No. I understand Toya wants to ride with her husband, but she don’t know his past and for her to hold another black women down (with her negative comments) due to a man is the reason why black women will never unite for the common good. I’m glad you wrote in. People who have not been in an abusive relationship do not know and cannot understand. Abusers have two personalities, one for the public and another for the person who they are abusing. I would never tell someone I consider to be a friend, that they were not abused. She basically called her crazy. A man about something, would have never responded to the accusations by stating " I bought her teeth, ass, .etc." That shows how simple he is. He never denied he stole from her and beat her.

Rasheeda rubbed me the wrong way when she said it happened so long ago. So what?! Nobody can tell a victim how long they should feel the way they do about something. I was raped when I was 18. I’m 33 now and I still think about it. I still have my moments where I break down. It’s not something that you just ‘get over’. Rasheeda, if you can keep chasing a career (which CLEARLY will NOT be poppin’ off), K Michelle can deal with her issues her own way for as long as she needs to.

I understand your pain I was raped too as a teen but it took some years of therapy to get over it and you still have moments expecially when the anniversary comes by! I was not believed by people until I showed evidence, thats kinda why I feel K.Michelle shouldn’t have to show evidence. I see why she is so bitter because I catch my self to this day going into a snap back because of what happened! Obviously she is hurt and needs serious therapy and needs to drop some of those people that claim they are friends out of her life!
