StraightFromTheA was first to spill the tea about Bobbi Kristina appearing on Tyler Perry‘s TBS Sitcom “For Better or Worse.”

Well now Perry reminds us all it’s time to take a gander at Bobbi K’s acting debut. In a letter written and distributed to his legion of fans, Perry reminds you that he’s honoring his word and is looking out for Whitney Houston‘s baby girl.

Ok, with my heart and soul I will help and protect this child, just as I tried to do for Whitney. So with that said, one thing I knew that Krissi would need after Whitney’s death was a safe place to grieve. So when she told me she wanted to act I said I would help. If she had said she wanted to be a doctor I would have tried to help her get into the best schools. But because she said acting, that was easy for me. I thought, this is great. This way I could have her on the show, while at the same time be there for her and help her walk through this grief.
So I wrote her into For Better Or Worse, which airs tonight on TBS. Now I wrote a very small part because I wasn’t sure if she could act. She had never done it before. So needless to say I was a little cautious, but BOY WAS I WRONG! Krissi was so good in that small part that I went back and wrote major scenes for her and even one entire show around her character. I’m so proud of this kid. You have no idea. SO PROUD OF HER! I know Whitney is smiling down on her baby girl.
Here’s what I’d like you to help me with if you don’t mind. It is one of my heart’s desires to see Krissi happy and joyous and moving through the pain of this tragedy. I know that the news media has moved on but the pain is still very real to her. What I also know is that every little bit of sunshine can help her move through. Trust me, I know. You helped me move through the grief of my mother’s death. So if you will, after you watch Krissi’s performance on For Better Or Worse tonight on TBS, please post a comment on my message board letting her know what you thought.
She’s been through hell, and to see her smile melts my heart. So I know if she reads your comments she will be even more inspired. And you better believe she’ll be watching and reading…LOL. You know how these teenagers are with the internet.
Lastly, if you will whisper a prayer for her and the Houston family I know that they would appreciate it. Most of you have no idea what it’s like to lose a mother, especially at 19. I’m 42 and it still brings me to my knees at times.

I really didn’t like the first season of the show so I stopped watching but I will tune in tonight.
I believe that this would be really good for her. This will give her an opportunity to step out and claim her own identity & success and not sit under the shadows of her famous parents.

I wish her well but right now I’m more interested in the talent of an artist Frank Ocean so I will not be wasting my time on another person who was just "given" an opportunity without earning it….

Nacole, I have read two post by u on stories about the Brown’s. It seems to me that you simply have a problem with Bobbi K.
And I take it you were perfect as a child. No sex before marriage, no weed smoking, no cutting class, no lying to your parents for you huh??? Yeah right! Don’t judge least you be judged. We only know what the media and blogs tell us, we nor do you know the intimate family issues between them. Seems to me all of them were wrong at some point. And that is still her dad respect due. I wish all children would be offered the same oppurtunity. I do feel for her because the loss of ANYONES parent is devestating, we all go through devestation. Some loose both parents as young children. Not all of us are fortunate to have Hollywood friends. Many of us are just trying to get by day to day. I must say I do like Tyler Perry and the way he gives back but I did not agree with the big deal made about her starring in a show. I feel horrible that she lost her mom, and lord knows I love Whitney but what about the other children struggling, those that can barely put food in their mouths. Can they be recruited and get the support of Hollywood.

There are people who have paid their dues and then some and yet a girl who has been on drugs(and I hope she’s off drugs)is afforded an opportunity that others who have not engage in aren’t afforded just because her mother died because she was addicted to drugs and they have no connections.It’s simply not fair to those that do right in life.

Now, It’s negative people like you that makes celebrities feel the need to DO Drugs because in reality they are not strong enough to handle all of the bad things people say about them. At the end of the day once they have overdosed or committed suicide because of all the negative attention they people like you want to cry and say i love you. (Why Not Tell Them While They Are Here) No, that’s too hard.
If passing judgement on someone makes you stronger, go with that. What i said must have hit home because you are upset. OH WELL
I never said you did drugs, all I am saying is i am sure you haven’t lived your life strictly by the bible and i am sure something has been handed to you before and you may not have exactly 100% earned it. I have never once stated how I feel about her getting a role so how are you going to agree with something you don’t know.
I don’t do Drugs but I can only pray for those that do. Were you there when she was doing drugs with her mother, i am sure you were not so you believe the blogs and the media. Everybody would assume that she did drugs with her mother just because Whitney had a drug past and then her daughter started to experiment with it. I am sure that Whitney was not that type of mother.
Since you never knew my opinion here it is:
I am surely glad that she found some outlet that will help her deal with the passing of her mother and if it can be used as drug therapy she should go with that. At the end of the day I hope she turns out to be a well rounded individual and realize that she was not put on this earth just to be Bobby and Whitney’s daughter.

I think she did an excellent job also. He had her doing a part that for her, starting off small and slow easing her in, good decision. But agreed about the bad wigs but the fashion is great on the show.

Krissi did a great job last night, she brought youth and light to the show. She seemed to do the part so naturally. Tyler please keep her on as well as find some other parts for her. She was beautiful ! I think it is amazing that you are looking out for her, especially right now. Nothing will ever replace her heart being broken from losing her mother, but Jesus. I know Whitney is in Heaven right now smiling showing all her beautiful teeth @ her babies acting debut. Please Tyler keep her working and run those reality show devils away from her.
