Cynthia Bailey of The Real Housewives of Atlanta was spotted at the African Pride Beauty Suite with her hubby Peter Thomas and sister Malorie Bailey-Massey during the 2012 Essence Music Festival in New Orleans last week.
As you know, Bailey seemed to grow a few balls during the season 4 reunion special of RHOA and even added Marlo Hampton to her legendary friend contract by campaigning for the ex-cons return to the show.

Now the supermodel has gone on record to confirm what we already knew about Sheree Whitfield… that she quit AFTER she got fired from the show. *gasp*
Cynthia recently did an interview with Ebony where she revealed a few things about her castmates as well as her feelings about the popularity of Love & Hip-Hop Atlanta.
Excerpts below…
When asked about her feelings on Sheree’s departure from the show, Cynthia explains:
Sheree and I were never really close friends on the show, but I never want anyone to—I mean—if it was her choice not to come back, then great, but I never want to see someone get fired.
You know, this is our livelihood. This is how we work, so, regardless of whether or not I’m friendly with them, I know it’s a job for them. I never want to stop someone from getting a check.
Welp… that settles that.
Regarding her feelings about the ratchedness of Love & Hip-Hop Atlanta, Cynthia states:
The great thing about reality TV is that if something is a little too much for you and you just really feel like it’s not your thing, you don’t have to watch it. I think there’s an audience for all of these different shows.
Some people are going to relate to the ‘Housewives’ and some people are going to relate to ‘Love & Hip Hop,’ and some women are going to relate to ‘Basketball Wives.’ It’s all very individual. My opinion is that if I don’t feel comfortable watching, I just turn the channel. READ MORE

I think Sheree was just really embarrassing to watch. As Nene would say ‘licking her tongue out fighting over child support’ was just Sad for her and her kids. Its better shes off the show.
She doesn’t stand a chance on the housewives of Atlanta.
They should’ve given the boot to KIM & PHAEDRA…Sheree was funny & it would’ve been interesting to see her make a "comeback" so to speak…and Sheree was really funny…I guess people would rather watch Phaedra go to the Morgue or Kim talk to her wigs, than to see a real woman go through real things…I guess people would rather be sold a dream through TV.
But Sheree wasn’t being real to the world! She was the ultimate pretender. I would have rode for her if she fessed up and said she fukked up all her dough on clothes and shoes but she was determined to hold on to her "rich bitch" fasod to the very end.
They chose the right one. All the other women had a plan and we all could see that miss she by sheree was just riding the wave until it dried up.
Many of the Houwives are the ultimate pretenders. So what? Reality television is more like docudramas — there will always be some acting and theatrics.
I agreee Sheree legitimately is funny, she has great lines and wit. None of other housewives in Atl give you that- not a one.
Yes she was a bit down on her luck and she tried to gloss over that, but guess what people? Often, that’s exactly what you do in that situaion. Hold your head up until you get your next idea off the ground.
I always liked her story lines – it was always a mess and some blow up.
Cynthia…who is that..she so irrelevant to life itself. She is not a housewife unless you are speaking of a wife who is taking care of her household. Cynthia goes where the wind blows her. If she was a real business women, she wouldve pimped Nene and Marlo to become models and she couldve been their contact agent. They both think their cute. I wouldve used it to my advantage. I liked Sheree until she put her ex husband before her kids. I would have made the point of putting his botch a** in the big boy play pin for messing over my kids. She couldve been the spokes women for all the ex wives, girlfriends or jump off for how to get yours. Then he laughed at her when it all fell through. Yeah she has her priority messed up and she was fishing for a story line but i liked her more than Kim talking about those messy wigs and always complaining. Not one time she tried to discipline those girls not even she that oldest one snapped at her..she waited for Kroy to step in. When Kroy go on the road, that girl gonna smack her one day. Not sure what Kandi had going on she never really invitd anyone in her life except when it came to music and her sex toy line. Phadrea, I like her. She dont gave a beavers nest about what anyone says or thinks about her. Nene and Marlo WHO!
The reason Sheree would not send her ex to the pokey is because she was in contempt of court as it pertained to their divorce settlement. See he had given Sheree almost a half-a-million dollars to find a new home for her and the children so that they could sell their marital home but Sheree took the money (spent it on BS) and stayed in the marital home until it went into foreclosure…thus denying him his share of the monies.
Sheree was more about herself than her children. She didn’t claim her eldest daughter until there was a financial gain and what mother drives a porche and have hermes bags while her son has run down shoes and sleeps on an air mattress – all the while pretending to be building a mansion? She was as fake as a 3 dollar bill and Bravo was catching fade from people who were seeing her as fake.
They also KNEW that she had scammed Bob out of some monies and that s%it was about to hit the fan. You see how he was able to beat an ‘acclaimed’ attorney like Ms. Parks to the punch in court.
I think Sheree is a good looking woman, but she really did come off as fake, even when her money problems were revealed she still didn’t humble herself. Every season we saw Sheree fall futher and futher, she went from a mansion, to a smaller home, from a smaller home into an apartment, but was driving a Porshe. People would have identified with her better if she had just kept it real, it she would have done that she would be blowing up. Instead she chose to start trouble, and be drama in order to get recognition. I feel sorry for her because she blew a major chance to be a star. Sidenote…. Cynthia does not like to see people get fired, I wonder does she like her husband to be rude, and make her look like a doormat on television for all to see!!!

I would have liked to see Sheree do better as well no one cared what she had on she wasn’t showing up like Nene who stepped her game up 100%. So carrying around those expensive bags did nothing for her character. Side note and no offense intended but those Hermes bags look like something a old white lady would floss.

I like Cynthia. Shes real. She, Nene and Pheadra would have made better friends.
Cynthia and her sister always look AMAZING. They both have great style.
Just when things were getting juicy Sheree ups and gets fired. I actually enjoyed the exchange between her and Bob because it was real. Women really do have to fight for child support from their children’s fathers and not a lot of men are spending quality time with the kids. Then there was an issue with the move and the Chateau that never got built. Seems like they fired her at the wrong time. I wish they would get rid of Phaedra. She is a pain to my eyes.
Glad to see Malorie and Peter getting along. They could have been friends the whole time if Mal would just stay out of Cyn’s pocket.
Peter is using Cynthia. Malorie is just trying to watch out for her so the little money she made modeling doesn’t go to Peter’s "business ventures" or as child support to his 5 children he never talks about.
