That being said, Darshelle Jones-Rakestraw, aka Usher Raymond’s stalker “wife,” is no stranger to StraightFromTheA.com and while we’ve never met, she’s frequented the site and has often commented under the names “Darshelle” or “Khavinna”.
Last Saturday (June 30th), Darshelle sent me an email (which was cc’d to President Barack Obama) containing a list of 39 questions.
There was no explanation, but I’m assuming Darshelle is preparing her defense for “allegedly” stalking the superstar singer.

I don’t know the logic behind Darshelle’s line of questioning, but I’m not the one on trial… and neither is Barack Obama.
On a related note, TMZ reported today that Tameka Raymond may be using the fact that Usher has a deranged fan stalking his every move in their ongoing custody dispute.
Usher and Tameka Raymond have engaged in a lengthy custody battle in court that is set to resume next month. Tameka has previously cited everything from Usher’s tour schedule to alleged drug use as to why she believes her ex should not have custody of their kids.
Now, we’re told Tameka will use this latest incident with Usher’s alleged stalker, Darshelle Jones-Rakestraw, to fuel her case. Our sources say the kids were with Usher during one of the alleged incidents when Jones-Rakestraw showed up at his home.
According to our sources, Tameka is scared for her kids’ safety since Jones-Rakestraw was able to get all the way to Usher’s home … even though he lives in a gated community and has a security team.
When the trial resumes in August, we’re told Tameka hopes this latest incident sways the court her way.
My sources say that the story is false, but clearly it’s not such a bad idea. 
Especially considering the fact that Darshelle posted up on Usher’s front steps that day and plugged in her iPad as if she were at home.
Yes… she’s reportedly “homeless” but has both an iPhone and an iPad. Jones-Rakestraw is also very astute online because she has several twitter accounts, instagram, and tumblr pages.
And if you’ve been reading the comments left by Darshelle and her “friend” (who I think may be one of the voices in her head), this chick ain’t no joke!!
It will be interesting to see if Tameka’s attorney’s actually use this in court being that Usher is seeking FULL custody. The couple’s custody battle resumes in August and I may try to sit in again.
Darshelle love… I know you’re reading this, you may want to reconsider your marital status. If your “husband” ain’t claiming you, it’s probably time to move on.

Why do I have this feeling that this is a setup by Tameka. But that’s just my slight suspicion.
This chic is Coo Coo, real talk! She needs help and I’m hoping that the hospital doesn’t release her after the 72hr hold. Stalking is a serious crime, especially in this day of technology. How in the hell did she find his home & enter a gated community! I feel for Usher & his family (including his ex wife).
As far as Tameka trying to use this as a weapon in court, she may want to think again. Until this stalker situation is addressed by the courts I would think that both parents would be concerned for the children’s safety irregardless of which parent gained custody. Hopefully this nut will be prosecuted & kept for court ordered inpatient treatment at a state psychiatric facility or prison!

Financhial? Really? I agree, Tameka would be a fool not to try to use this to her advantage, but like someone pointed out the kids could be at risk with her too. If she could get to Usher’s house, she could get to Tameka’s. Hell, she may even be in MORE danger if she feels threatened by her in some way.

I really hope this lunatic hasn’t ruined his chances of getting custody. I applaud him for WANTING to raise his kids. Some men have to be chased down to be a responsible father nowadays. I’ve never seen such a fight to stop a man from being a real father to his children. They need to do the right thing and do joint custody and parent these kids the same way they made them…TOGETHER! And Usher needs to tighten up on his security team or consider relocating. Its one thing to be a die hard fan and its another to be obnoxious and intrusive. This is real life lady! I hope the RO is enough to scare her away. I know first hand that some people take that piece of paper and practically wipe their ass with it. Now, with him being a celebrity with children they may take it seriously. In my case (and the case of my neighbors…we all had issues with one sick bitch that harrassed us all to the point of moving and ROs), the cops did nothing. "oh, no witnesses? Well, it’s your word against hers. Have a good evening." Our tormentor was known by the mayor, the aldermen and the chief of police. She’s had over 30 ROs filed against her. A cop even asked us if we thought about putting a hit out on her.
Reading this is sad & scary. She’s not in control of her own brain. Can u imagine that? That’s why the old people I grew up around would pray & thank God for "waking me up this morning, clothed in my right mind". Sometimes mental illness can strike in early adult hood. Schizophrenia especially. I once heard from a family who sent their son off to college. One day he called them from a pay phone screaming that giants were chasing him! He’s been m.i. Ever since.
