As you know, the two were ordered into mediation by the judge in the case and have been battling it out all week in the judge’s chambers.
The two have been unable to come to any sort of amicable agreement so the case continues to drag on.
Tameka hit the stand in court today where she admitted she had a few choice words for her superstar ex but would NEVER threaten to KILL HIM!

According to TMZ:
Usher’s ex-wife Tameka Foster claims she never threatened to kill the R&B superstar, but she did admit under oath to saying “I will f**k you up” … so you can see how he might have taken it the wrong way.
Usher and Tameka have been going through a bitter legal fight over custody of their two young children — a fight that came to a head in a Georgia courtroom this past week.
Tameka took the stand and, as you can see in the video above, was questioned by Usher’s attorney about her verbal and abusive threat towards the singer — where she allegedly said “I will kill you both,” referring to Usher and his current girlfriend.
Foster went back and forth with her answer before coughing up a half-admission, saying she didn’t threaten to “kill” him … but admitting, “I did probably, out of anger, say ‘I will f**k you up’ and it’s not acceptable.”
Foster claims the menacing statement was a result of Usher gallivanting in and out of town with his new GF, which was “embarrassing” for her in such a tight knit community.
The two will resume their custody battle in Fulton County court next week.

I’m looking at this from her point of view just for a minute. As a woman myself. I can see how a man’s actions can drive you mad. I mean he was publicly cheating on her with Grace and everybody knew it, riding right up on her property with ol’ girl. I mean, Tameka might say some off the wall stuff but she is human too. As a woman or a human being, would y’all want somebody to do that to yall?

Here’s my thing..me personally Usher is a sucker for the women in his life..he has serious mommy issues and I truly believe Grace put him up to this..I believe Tameka loves ALL her children, ESPECIALLY Usher’s, however she needs to get over his “relationship” with Grace since she had no problem embarrassing Ryan with her affair with Usher. She doesn’t want to be removed from Usher’s life at ALL..and if he gets full custody that’s exactly what will happen

As a women who can empathize with Tameka Foster for being upset with Ushers philandering ways behind her back, can you also have the same compassion for Chilli and others whom he humiliated publicly as well? At a point Tameka was the other woman along with various video vixens and Chili thought her and Usher also were committed and in love. Why is it that some women don’t believe that the man who cheats would in fact ever "CHEAT" on them as well? Once a man decides that’s what he wants to do you will be in the same position as the woman before you.
Janine, I think you hit it right on the money, but I can see his mother behind this more than Grace…or maybe neither of them. I think he wants his sons on HIS terms, and if the agreement doesn’t allow him this freedom he’ll just go for full custody. This is all about him getting his own way.
I think Tameka love her boys, but I do think she’s trying to stay implemented in Usher’s life (prime example, expecting him to stay for Cinco’s party when he arrived to pick him up). She hasn’t moved on, an she needs to.
Usher will never be faithful to any woman because he’s used to having his way. Weren’t there rihanna rumors a year ago…back up dancer rumors right before that?
Yep, I think that’s the REAL reason he and Chris don’t talk..it’s not about him turning his back on Chris it’s because of Rhianna..keep in mind Usher has been in this business since he was 12?
