Atlanta’s music community gathered for an evening of smooth sounds by burgeoning pop and R&B talents at BMI’s annual rising star showcase in Atlanta and four auspicious acts wowed a standing-room-only crowd at the Loews Atlanta Hotel.
Kalenna (Diddy Dirty Money), India Shawn, Tiffany Bleu, and Shay Mooney were the featured acts as Brandy, as well as the ever shrinking producer Polow Da Don and multi-talented T-Pain came through to show support as they mingled at the must-attend event, which is an extension of BMI’s popular Unsigned Urban Showcase.
BMI also presented the Legends of ATL award to super producer Mr. Collipark, recognizing his outstanding contributions to the Atlanta music community.
