In a statement released by his attorney, Tiffany Feder, Brown states he is innocent and hasn’t even been charged with a crime:
Everyone is innocent until proven guilty and Mr. Brown was not driving erratically. He was speaking on his cell phone. Mr. Brown has not been convicted of anything associated with this incident.
Mr. Brown is taking this matter seriously and an investigation is underway. The legal process shall run its course.
Bobby was released shortly after his arrest and again… he has not yet been charged with a crime.
But if you ask Whitney Houston‘s mom, Cissy, Brown’s recent arrest proves he was the negative influence that caused her daughter’s demise… and she wants him to stay far away from Bobbi Kristina!

Word on the curb is that Cissy felt “vindicated” when she heard of Bobby Brown’s recent DUI arrest and feels it proves what she’s said all along about her deceased daughter’s ex-husband.
As you know, Whitney’s official autopsy revealed that cocaine use was a contributing factor to her death.
Houston admitted on many occasions that she and Brown smoked crack cocaine and even told Oprah Winfrey that she and Bobby had a violatile relationship.

According to TMZ,
Sources close to Cissy Houston tell us … she’s always felt Bobby was a cancer … who infected Whitney’s life with negative influences.
We’re told Cissy felt “vindicated” when she found out Bobby was arrested for driving drunk on Monday afternoon … and believes the incident is exactly why she wants Bobby to “keep his distance” from his daughter Bobbi Kristina.
The Houstons believe Bobbi K has been in a “vulnerable place” since Whitney passed … and as one source puts it, “This is the last person she needs to be around.”
Reportedly Cissy feels Bobbi Kristina should hang around “positive mentors” … like Clive Davis.
Bobby Brown has openly admitted that the two “corrupted each other,” but people still cling to the opinion that he is solely responsible for her demise. Got a problem? Blame Bobby…

Well, you can lead a horse to water but you can’t make him drink it.
Whitney was a GROWN ass woman and she even said she made her own choices. And from what was said about her brother he also was a drug addict and still struggles with alcohol problems soooo who turned him out. They need to get Bobby Kristina in a program where she can get her self-esteem built up because when you know you are the shizzle you don’t let NOBODY tear you down.
This comes after the interviews with Bobby’s family members saying that Whitney’s manager/sister in law is up to no good…hmmm
anyone knows that times of grief/great stress are when most former addicts relapse, in less than one year this man has lost his parents and his beloved ex wife. I dont think there was ever any question that they shared a great love. I think he needs are prayers not fingers pointed in condemnation.
Whitney’s problems started when she denied she was in a lesbian relationship with Robyn Crawford. Ever since then she had severe issues with drugs AND THEN she married Bobby Brown. When you suppress sexual urges and feelings it usually leads to self-destructie behavior or even suicide. Whitney was guilty of both.
Whomever thinks that Bobby is to blame; REALLY DIDN’T KNOW WHITNEY LIKE THEY THOUGHT THEY DID. Cissy should have her tongue cut out her mouth for such.

I love Mama Cissy, but Bobby IS NOT and NEVER WILL be the blame for Whitney’s drug use. NOBODY put a gun to Whitney’s head and said, “Snort this coke/smoke this weed or I’ll shoot you.” It was Whitney’s choice. Regardless, I still loved Whitney. As for Bobby’s DUI arrest, he is going through a lot, but nobody wants to talk about that. This man has lost his parents, one of his siblings, and his ex-wife/baby’s mother. I wish people would stop condemning and start understanding.

I have loss just about all respect for Ms. Cissy!!! Whitney’s addiction was Whitney’s addiction and I’m fed up with her blaming everyone else. This probably Whitney never truly took full responsibility for her actions because she had people around her placing the blame elsewhere. Mind you, Whitney was five years older than Bobby. When you actually put thoses five years is perspective, it’s a huge difference—it’s the difference between, for an example, being a 15-ear-old teenager or a 20-year-old adult. In other words, it’s more likely than not that Whitney was already experimenting with smoking cigarette (she was a chain smoker), alcohol, drugs, etc. . while Bobby was in still in elementary or middle school.

I know ppl who know him very well. I have met him. I think he was surprised I wasn’t star struck. After I saw him a couple times I said something about it and he laughed, he was like "well you know, …..bla bla bla"" he loves him self, lol he’ll never suffer from bad self esteem. He is the most selfish, self centered egotistical person u’ll ever meet. What u see on TV is not really what he is like. Just like the dating show, that was all fake. Some of the contestants knew, some were planted moles. Damn, it’s 3:30 in the damn morning. I got 2 get 2 sleep and not talk Whitney, Bobby and Ray J.

Its is so funny how many people have stepped forward in Bobby’s defense by saying, which I always thought, that she discovered cocaine way before meeting him. Granted two addicts should never be together, but why is he to blame exactly. Which brings me to my next point, he is a recovering addicts as well and has no one stop to think that this whole ordeal has had a negative impact on his sobriety. He has lost both his parents, his ex-wife, booted from the funeral (couldn’t even say a final goodbye), talked about in the news by a so-called Christian family, and now being seperated from his daughter by vicious lies and gossip. Is anyone going to stop and say, we might be pushing this man to the edge. Afterall, he hasn’t been in no kind of trouble for a minute until this happened.
