Usher Raymond IV was all smiles as he was spotted out shopping in London earlier today (March 21, 2012).

The worldwide pop star, who was apparently seeking musical inspiration, was photographed searching through piles of albums while visiting a UK music store and even listened to a couple of records while out and about.
