Media mogul Oprah Winfrey paid a visit to Atlanta yesterday (March 2, 2012) just days after she appeared in NYC for Lady GaGa’s “Born This Way” Foundation Launch.
I received the following tip yesterday regarding Oprah’s visit yesterday:
Oprah was in the A today visiting Whitney Houston’s brother. She even stopped in the park to take pictures with the neighborhood kids.

Winfrey’s “OWN” network released the following statement:
Bobbi Kristina shares personal memories of her mom and how she would like the iconic superstar to be remembered.
The family also addresses the rumors and speculation surrounding Houston’s death’.
Before the interview, the network will also re-air Whitney’s interview from back in 2009, ‘Remembering Whitney: The Oprah Interview.
BobbiK celebrates her 19th birthday tomorrow (March 4, 2012) for the first time without her famous mom and it looks like she will be home alone in Atlanta in seclusion. A source spoke to Hollywoodlife, stating:
This is such a hard time for Bobbi right now. The idea that she would be alone on her birthday is absolutely devastating. It’s not safe for her to be alone, she needs a support system around her.
Bobbi and [her adopted brother] Nick are really close so it’s good he’s with her. But Cissy has never been to visit Bobbi in Atlanta, so it’s unlikely she’ll go now.
I told y’all yesterday that Cissy is reportedly on a mission to eradicate Nick from the Atlanta townhome he shares with Bobbi Kristina. Hopefully, Miss O. got to the bottom of all the hearsay.
The interview will air on ‘Oprah’s Next Chapter’ March 11, 2012 on The Oprah Winfrey Network. Check you local listings for times.

Wasn’t this Patricia Houston person as well as Gary Houston in the hotel room when Whitney died? I sense they want to put a spin on this story which will include probably trying to blame Bobby Brown but that will be so not the truth.
Bobbi Kristina needs to be around her father because The Houston’s are trying to control who has access to her because they want to manipulate her financially….

I think it’s too soon also. Do they realize how hard these people are grieving? The mother just lost her beloved child in a horrible tragic way…the daughter has lost her mom. If anyone has lost a child or a parent, they would know that it’s not something we just move on from and it takes time to really smile again. Talking about it at this time is just extremely painful. You can’t even reflect right about it.
I think it’s too soon for this interview. Part of me wonders if this is ploy to get people to check out Oprah’s struggling network.
Bobbi kris remains in our families’ prayers. We’re sorry that she lose her Mom and pray for her strength to handle the pain. She’s dealing with a lot. Better days are ahead for her
All persons involved are in their own right celebrities and have been in spotlight forever. All this speculation and negative gossip that she certainly can’t avoid hearing and seeing will NEVER let her OR Whitney rest in peace.Even Whitney went to Oprah when she wanted peace and to put her truth as only SHE knew it,out there for the world to see.Why wouldn’t Cissy go to Oprah whom her daughter trusted,for compassion,unbiased and in depth interveiw to finally put to rest for those who want to know..her truth as only she knows it. Why Oprah? Why NOT? Everyone goes to Oprah,she’s the world’s most trusted interviewer and she hasn’t failed at her God given skill yet. Even Michael went to her. Better Oprah than anyone else in the business. Besides it will be nice to have Bobbi Kris state how she feels in her own words. BTW I think many ppl. will be forced to remember what they’ve obviously chosen to forget in regards to whose advice finally gave Whitney the insight she needed to end her marriage.

i know it was gary/patricia who cared for bobbi when whitney was in rehab(they live near 1 another in atlanta). So Gary/Pat know that Whit loved Nick and called him her son, so why arent they speaking up for him?
