The pic was posted just days after Aguilera suffered a very “leaky” accident while singing onstage during the legendary Etta James’ funeral.

A “source” told U.S. Weekly that the unfortunate accident was due to Christina’s “spray tan” leaking down her legs, but the verdict is still out on the case of fake tanner gone awry.
As I said in my original post, sh*t happens! All women have had embarrassing mishaps with their periods at some point in their lives (and if you haven’t yet… you will).
Whether is was “fake tanner” or period juice, Christina’s “leaky” accident was publicized during a mass televised event. Humiliating? Most definitely.
But she gets mad props for keeping it professional and singing her way through it all.

Don Cornelius, the man who is credited with creating “Soul Train,” was found dead in his Sherman Oaks, CA home in the early morning hours of Wednesday (February 1, 2012).
Law enforcement sources have confirmed that the legendary MC apparently committed suicide.

It has always been my belief that Black history should be taught 365 days a year just like “White” history, but since we’ve been dedicated the Month of February, we may as well make good use of it.
A letter from a freed former slave to his onetime master has recently gone viral.
The letter was written in response to an August of 1865 letter from Colonel P.H. Anderson of Big Spring, Tennessee, who wrote to his former slave Jourdan Anderson, requesting that Jourdon return to work on his farm.
After being emancipated, Jourdon had moved to Ohio, found paid work, and was now supporting his family. He responded spectacularly by way of the letter seen below, which was reprinted in the New York Daily Tribune weeks after it’s mailing.
It is quite clear in the letter, that the now free “Slave” felt some kinda way about his former Master’s request. The letter is a MUST read, especially in light of OUR history month so please take a moment to honor Jourdon by reading it in it’s entirety. Continue Reading…
