Looks like Kandi has yet another new doo! She went to a shorter sleeker bob a few weeks ago and now it appears she’s lightened it up quite a bit. I like!
Kandi’s prepping for the premiere of her brand new reality show “The Kandi Factory,” which hits airwaves next week. 
As I revealed back in September, the new show will be kind of a talent contest, where Burruss will turn 2 people into “pop stars”.
Burruss will give two protégés the opportunity to come to Atlanta and learn the fundamentals of pop music success. She has identified three factors that have to fit perfectly together to create a pop sensation: the song, the look and the performance.
Burruss and her team of experts at The Kandi Factory will work with the two contestants in order to turn them into music superstars.

I think Kandi’s strongest talents are behind the camera. She may do well as a scout of the sorts. I am not a fan of her solo projects.
I know she better not let him touch my stuff.
Believe it or not, I liked ‘The ring didn’t mean a thing’ (Kim’s song) more for Kandi than Kim. She is such a gifted singer/producer, but I think she uses the wrong tracks for herself versus the ones that she creates for her clients. She seems so cool and down to earth… Kandi and Phaedra are my favs. Go Kandi!

i don’t think the show will be an overall success but the experience will have her prepared 4 future endeavors

Now this young lady knows how to hustle.
She might not have a husband, but this chick is keeping a check on flow. I love her for that. I also love that she stays out of the DRAMA. That drama is not cute.
This looks great on Kandie,but my favorite was that black and blonde doo she rocked til’ Nene stole it and rocked hell out of it also.
So this is going to be like Mtv’s MADE? She’s not expecting them to have real careers in the music industry after this, right? It’s just kind of a "live your dreams" type show.
i like that color on her, but its too much hair, it looks like a wig and its not suppose to look like a wig. now al look a hot mess, now i will watch this show to see what its all about, but my thing is this, why haven’t you told us what happened between her and lawrence, she was in charge of his music career and making him this big gay star…WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED? WHY YOU BEING TIGHT LIPPED ON THAT?! LOL LOL LOL …hummmmmmm

I love that new bob cut…maybe thin it out just a bit at the top but overall, it’s a good sleek and sassy look for her. I like her hustle too. She ain’t about that nonsense and that alone looks good on her…A class act!
I thought this show was going to highlight Real Talent, not showcase manufactured Wannabees. Oh my bad, this show is about the current state of the entertainment industry. UUUUUUGGGGHHHH!!
Kandi, please go back to ur cute and classey short doo. Someone was right u let Nene steal ur flow. when u first came on the scene , everyone was going on about that pretty ,hip and classey cut. All that hair is just not u. You look COUNTRY AS HELL WITH LONG HAIR!
Both contestants seem to have no talent. As a result, why attempt to make "stars" out of talentless people, when there are more talented people eager to get an opportunity to succeed?
I truly understand giving someone a shot at fulfilling his or her dream. But the talent has to be present. Or else one might fall into the category of what a lot of people already think about the music industry: too many no talented folk who simply look good.
Kandi is not a top selling artist herself so how can she make someone else a star?
If we are giving away spin offs like cheese samples at the grocery store then why not give a Kim Z a show on how to school tramps on becoming wives? She seems very successful in that area.
I like the cut of Kandi’s hair but the color is not good on her. Makes her look burnt orange.
