During my one on one, Sweetie clearly didn’t want to say anything bad about her former boss, and said so over and over and over again but when asked about Kroy Biermann… well, you’ll have re-visit the post to draw your own conclusion.
According to the comments on the Sweetie interview, public perception is that it was all Kroy’s fault and many expressed how he seemed uncomfortable around African-Americans onscreen.
Kim has decided speak for EVERYONE involved (including her EX-employee) and says that Sweetie didn’t imply what y’all thought she was was implying…

It’s Friday and I’m technically off the clock right now but I decided to work overtime just to post MY RESPONSE to this nonsense.
Technically since Kim said herself that she’s a “Black woman stuck in a White woman’s body,” Kroy is married to a Black woman and has a mixed son… so he’s CLEARLY not a racist! Duh!
Yes… there has been talk that Kroy isn’t too keen on anyone darker than tan and while I personally have never met him, I’ve heard this from several people who have.
That being said, Kim Zolciak-Biermann clearly knows the state of mind of her boy-toy /baby daddy husband and if she likes it… I LOVE it.
All I know is… the Sweetie interview speaks for itself. She didn’t say anything bad about her former boss or her former bosses husband and neither did I.
Case closed… GOOD DAY BITCH!

Kim said that she was a White woman in a Black woman’s body season 1 when she was trying to get fans. She knew as the only white cast member she was going to have to have the majority African-American audience like her.
I’m not sure about Kroy’s feelings towards "our" people. He seems cool when people are acting like they have sense. Maybe it’s not necessarily that they are Black but that they do ignorant shyt like start fights at his child’s baby shower.

While it has been obvious in the clips that Kroy "Dumb Hick" Biermann is very much uncomfortable in the social gatherings with members of the cast that are black, I think it’s a stretch to call him a racist.
However, as for Kim "Gold-digger" Zolciak, she is a plain and simple USER. She used all the "coloreds" Nene, Kandi, Sweetie, Derek J, Kandi’s Asst./ Manager (he took up for Kim when Nene blasted her on the Florida trip…rightly so, might I say), etc.

I’ve noticed a big change in Kim–for the better. I think Kim is basically a lazy person–I mean, anyone who watched how she tries to lose weight would have to agree with me. I think Sweetie and Kim were goof offs. They lived a certain life before Kroy came into the picture and now that’s just changed. Obviously Kroy is an elite athlete–he gets things done. He is used to hard work and being successful. Everything moved in slow motion with Kim and Sweetie. Nobody was in a hurry going anywhere. Kroy doesn’t seem the type to want to deal with that sort of directionless living and I don’t blame him. Kroy is starting to wear on her, which now means all the ‘girls’ won’t be just stopping by anymore. I agree that they can no longer afford Sweetie, because Kroy’s the only one bringing in a real check. The spin-off show will probably help them stay in the black (no-pun intended). One other thought is, now that she has this spin-off show, she’s going to enlist the help of her mom & dad which keeps the funds all in the family.
Yes Kim is a user, and she probably should have shown Kandi a little more gratitude, but I’m tired of ppl saying that Kandi got nothing out of their musical "collaboration."
