Most people immediately assumed that the NFL pro-baller was speaking of finally being rid of his estranged wife, Pilar, with whom he’s facing a very public divorce battle.
However, Sanders was merely making light of a recent court filing by tweeting about his quiet time in the early morning hours at (get this!) his local Waffle House. SMH!
Pilar and Deon still amazingly still share a home while they battle it out in court BUT Deion recently filed paperwork to boot her from the crib!

Deion’s fed up and wants PIlar OUT NOW!
According to TMZ, Sanders has had enough of the awkward living situation and is now asking a judge to force his estranged wife to pack up and move out.
According to docs filed in Texas last week, Deion believes the home is his separate property and that Pilar “should be ordered to vacate the residence.”
Deion believes the divorce should be governed by the prenup. As we previously reported, Pilar wants that prenup thrown out because she feels she was duped into signing it. But Deion says Pilar knew exactly what she was signing, and even consulted with lawyers beforehand.
Deion also wants the court to sanction Pilar for violating the rules of conduct for people getting divorced in Collin County … which state both parties cannot:
– Disturb the peace of the children
– Make disparaging remarks about the other or their family
– Talk about the divorce in front of the kidsLastly, Deion wants the whole thing to go through mediation, as dictated by the prenup.
So he wants Pilar out but what about the kids?
This situation gets messier by the day!
