A very pregnant Beyonce checked into the upper East Side hospital Friday night under the name “Ingrid Jackson,” a hospital staffer told the Daily News.
Beyonce and her hip-hop hubby, Jay-Z, rented out the hospital’s entire fourth floor for $1.3 million, the employee said.
In an effort to keep images from leaking to the public, hospital workers placed tape over security cameras and are forcing employees to turn in cell phones when they arrive for their shifts, the source said.
Several security guards were spotted patrolling the outside of the hospital Saturday night.
A Lenox Hill staffer confirmed that a patient named Ingrid Jackson was in a “labor room.”
Reps for the power couple did not return requests for comment.
The 30-year-old singer was last seen Thursday when she was photographed leaving a Manhattan apartment building wearing hip-hugging jeans, gold heels and a patterned scarf masking her belly.
The couple have reportedly named their bundle of joy “Ivy Blue Blue Ivy Carter.”

Common sense should tell u the math doesn’t add up. How u go from 2 mos preggo to giving birth in a matter of 4/5mos? Yes every pregnancy is different but no woman’s preggo stomach falls in when they sit down. And with each “Beyonce has been spotted” pic het physical features didn’t change at all. My opinion about this entire Beyonce deal is simply this: an illusion was created just to see how many would believe it. Look at how many normal everyday people are jumping to the defense of a couple they don’t even know but willingly spend their hard earned money to make richer.
They had the money to allegedly rent out an entire floor of a hospital(which seems like an added risk to others who may have needed medical care) to secretly give birth or have a baby given to them by someone who was willing to do it for them. People with wealth & influence will always be able to use their "power" for whatever they choose & whenever they choose because at the end of the day, money talks & everything else walks.
I am hoping that someone like Beyonce wouldn’t have to resort to such foolery & trickery to claim something as special as motherhood. Every pregnancy is different & there are just some facts about pregnancy that you can’t hide. After the 1st few months of pregnancy when the belly is round, when you sit, you just won’t sit leaning 4ward nor will your belly fold inward. Anyone can gain weight, especially being a woman, we can look at a snack & gain weight all over.
This little bundle of questions will show up eventually because the announcement has been made, so pretty soon this baby will be seen soon enough.
Oh yeah & little Tiana May, Ivy Blue, Blue Moon, Green Clover, Blue Cantrell or Purple Rain will show up eventually unless…..Heaven forbid something goes wrong.

According to another site Jay Z has release a song in dedication to their newborn daughter title Glory. Well in one part of the song he states Beyonce had a miscarriage before conceiving this child. If you haven’t heard it Google and listen. Maybe that’s why she didn’t coerce out and say she was pregnant until later due to the previous pregnancy.
