The couple attended Captain Planet Foundation’s annual benefit gala alongside 700 of the most environmentally conscious elite of Atlanta which included Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed.
The event was held at the Georgia Aquarium last Friday evening, and apparently rumors are swirling after an announcer “slipped up” and revealed some news about Phaedra.

According to Rodney Ho of the AJC, there was an awkward moment when a host mentioned some surprising news about Phaedra:
Oddest moment was when host Nadia Bilchik told the crowd that Parks was getting her own reality show. Huh?
Parks looked befuddled and got Bilchik later to retract that piece of “news.” Bilchik revised her statement, saying she just wishes Parks had her own show. (Perhaps one day she will but she’s only in her second season with the “Housewives.”)
As a connoisseur of all things “RHOA” I’ve noticed that Phaedra’s “character” on the show is fast becoming Atlanta’s favorite “housewife” due to her hilarious quick quotes this year, so it’s really not too far fetched that Bravo would consider a show for her. I mean… Kim got a special… Sheree got her own episode… so is it?
I don’t think so. And that’s just my humble opinion.

yes, if it focused on her career issues in the court and follow whether or not she won cases. That would be interesting, like a judge mathis type of show but in soap opera form.

Nene is the only RHOA that could singularly hold my interest. She’s like a pinotta(whatever the spelling ).She doesn’t wait to get hit,she anticipates it, and oh boy,the skittles coming out are a rainbow of delightful bliss.I could def see "Keeping it real with Nene!".
I probably could watch a Kandie show if it showcased her studio skills.I find the end product fascinating. Also she interacts well with all characters.Though she doesn’t bring drama,she somehow seems to surround herself with it.There are a lot of characters made and in the making,that would be interesting to see in the music business. She’s young enough to keep it fresh and of course Tasia would be dropping by now and again.She’d probably surpass Lala.We love mama Joyce and Kandie’s smile is so disarming.Yeah,I could def see a Kandie spin-off. Way more validating than Kim’s.

Phaedra has a beautiful family and is entertaining to watch in small doses. I think she’s much better as part of a an ensemble cast to be honest with the exception of Kandi and her pursuit to help people enter into the music industry….I wouldn’t watch any of the others in a show based solely on them. As for her husband being spoiled, kept, etc. I don’t know if anyone has noticed but Apollo doesn’t let Phaedra run their household, he tells her No when he disagrees with her. Which I think Phaedra enjoys. Phaedra is kind of retro chick in a way, which to be honest ain’t such a bad thing. A man should know that @ least in his own home his voice is actually being listened to…and they do have each other’s back as a couple should. The only thing he’s done that kind of made me look sideways was when he and Peter were arguing and Phaedra attempted to touch his arm and stop him from arguing with Peter. In the heat of the moment, he withdrew his arm and said, "Back up off of me!" Like she was some dude on the street. The look on Phaedra’s face told me then…this woman knows her husband and when he’s upset it’s best to stay out of his way and she did,
. So though he may not possess her education, she and he are not unequally yoked. She married what she needed and vice versa. They’re a beautiful couple/family.
I like Phaedra as an entertainer. She’s funny and quirky. But I have a different taste in my mouth about her being an attorney. The whole parking lot payday thing was tacky, but she didn’t do her homework on Sheree’s case at all. Even if Sheree didn’t tell her the truth, those scandalous documents were public record. Hell, if MTO could find them, why didn’t Phaedra? She should have been ready for Bob. Naww son, I don’t think I would hire her.
Phaedra is not interesting enough to have her own show. Who wants to tune in weekly and watch her represent drug dealers and complain about her husband not sexing her.
