"She did not return any of the $425,000.00 that her husband paid; instead asserts that she was "holding the sum … intact, less support deductions as authorized, in an account."

Here are the terms of their divorce settlement:

In the initial settlement, the court granted Sheree the following.

A Lump sum of 775,000 USD
A yearly amount of 113,422 USD from the retirement funds of Bob
A monthly child support of 2,142.87 USD
No spousal support
The Georgia Supreme Court asked Sheree and her children to vacate the residence in Sandy Springs, GA (this is to the north of Atlanta), that is estimated at 2.6 million USD
Sheree was awarded primary custody of the 2 children who were aged 8 and 11 at the time of the divorce
250,000 USD of the 401(k) plan of Bob

The court awarded Bob almost all the real estate (inclusive of 4 homes) as well as the recording studio “Patchwerks”. This studio was established by Bob.

In the divorce there is only one ‘support’ obligation and that is ‘Child Support’. She is not entitled to spousal support.

In essence she and her attorneys have said ‘to the courts’ that she was holding the upfront $400,000.00 payment in an account and withdrawing his ‘support obligations from it’ remember,,, there is ONLY ONE SUPPORT OBLIGATION. These are Sheree’s words and not Bob’s.

Here is the kicker… the reason that Sheree did/said this (she and her legal team are the ones who mixed the child support and the house purchasing monies) is that otherwise she would have gotten more than an admonishment from the courts from her fraudulent actions against the acts of good faith that her ex exhibited. I’m really having a hard time seeing this guy as a deadbeat.

Bob did what he did FOR the children. He gave the upfront 400k so that the children could have a new home. Their MOTHER is the one who caused this to occur. How dare you ladies bash Bob for this?

Let’s do some quick math. The kids were 8 and 11 when Bob and Sheree split. Assuming that he pays child support until they are each 18 years old then he would have to pay 10 years worth of child support. His Child Support obligation is 2,142.87 per month. 2,142.87 x 12 months x 10 years = $257,144.40. He GAVE her $400,000.00 UP FRONT! The man that you all are calling a dead beat OVERPAID to the tune of nearly 150K. GTFOH!!!

The non-custodial parent does not have the obligation, responsibility of caring for these everyday needs. The non-custodial parent should not get away with not paying child support. That is a crime! And Sheree should put him in jail to grab his attention to show him that regardless of whether he cares of his children, he still HAS TO PAY CHILD SUPPORT!! PERIOD!

OH! SMH! And then she wanted to try to put Phaedra out there like she did something wrong! Obviously, Phaedra has her shit together…did you see all that stuff on her walls??? And a $5,000-$10,000 retainer fee…she aint no joke
