A lawsuit has been filed against the popular teen sensation, by a 20 year old woman who claims she had sex with the under aged star backstage during a concert in LA last year.
She is claiming their encounter resulted in the birth of her now 3 month old son and she’s seeking a paternity test as well as support for her child.

A 20-year-old California woman has filed a bombshell lawsuit against teen pop icon Justin Bieber alleging he is the father of her three-month-old baby boy, Star magazine is exclusively reporting in its new issue.
Mariah Yeater is demanding the singer take a paternity test “to scientifically confirm” he is the father of the child, according to court papers obtained by Star.
The papers were filed in late October and Yeater asks the court for Bieber “to provide adequate support for my baby.”
In an affadavit signed under penalty of perjury Yeater says she was 19 years old when she had sex with the underage star backstage at one of his concerts in Los Angeles.
Bieber’s reps have strenuously denied the accusations but a court hearing has been set for later this year. In a statement to RadarOnline.com, Bieber’s said: “While we haven’t yet seen the lawsuit, it’s sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims. We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations.”

If he was truly underage, than why isn’t she being prosecuted for statutory rape? Had a man done this to an underage starlet, than I’m sure the authorities would have vigorously persued him. Getting pregnant is irrelevant to the alleged crime.

If the child IS his, than he should HELP take care of it. That is not the issue, as it relates to the point I was trying to make. I was just stating that men get in trouble for sleeping with underaged girls everyday (and they should). Should a woman get a pass from the same crime, just because she got pregnant? I think not.
Men who sleep with underaged girls and get caught have to register as sex offenders for the rest of their lives (I’m cool w/that). Shoudn’t this young lady have to do the same, since she bedded an underaged boy? I’m sorry. I mean she backstaged and underaged boy.
