According to several sources, Kim Zolciak has finally signed the “Free Sweetie” petition and set her “slave”/assistant free.

During last season on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, NeNe Leakes accused Kimmie of being a racist based on her poor treatment of Sweetie, and the “Free Sweetie” campaign was born.
Sweetie even spoke about it during one of Kim’s interviews, stating that it had all gone too far:
They’re doing it for Black History Month, and it offends me.
They have pastors calling into the radio station and praying for me. They’ve taken it too far.
NeNe’s jealous that she’s not as close to Kim as I am. I’ve known Kim for 11 years, since I was a kid. Kim’s a great friend to me. NeNe’s traumatizing my life. She’s bringing hell to it.
According to WetPaint, Kim and Sweetie Hughes abruptly stopped tweeting each other over the summer and rumor has it that the two are on the outs.

For all of you who do not know Kim that well this is a pattern for her. Everytime things are going good in her life she dismisses her friends. But as soon as there is drama she will pick up the phone and continue to blow it up. Trust me! If you follow Kim’s life and I have know her well, she has only had 2 real friends and guess what she did both them wrong. She liked having Sweetie around because she did everything Kim said.
