That post is coming a bit later, but I wanted to be the amongst the first to tell y’all about Kandi’s brand NEW TELEVISION SHOW!!
Kandi’s not only a major force in the music industry, she’s “Real” Housewifes of Atlanta, has a popular online sex talk show, AND has her own line of sex toys. There’s no stopping this one!
Details below:
Bravo has officially gave Kandi the greenlight for “The Kandi Factory,” a new special following “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star and multi-platinum songwriter.
It was Burruss’ work on RHOA with Kim Zolciak‘s single “Tardy for the Party” that led to her new show.
Because of the huge popularity of the song (and due to the fact that she single-handedly turned a tone deaf jumpoff into a digital download phenomenon), Kandi has been bombarded by thousands of wannabe artists desperate for her popstar secrets.
Burruss believes she can turn anyone with raw talent and drive into “something hot” and wants to give aspiring artists a shot at their dream… and “The Kandi Factory” will give her the platform to make that happen.
“With her breakout personality and straightforward attitude, Bravo fans have grown to love Kandi on ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta,’” said Eli Lehrer, Vice President of Development for Bravo.
“‘The Kandi Factory’ will capture a unique look at her successful music career as Kandi transforms two music hopefuls into the next big popstar.”
In the special, Burruss will give two protégés the opportunity to come to Atlanta and learn the fundamentals of pop music success. She has identified three factors that have to fit perfectly together to create a pop sensation: the song, the look and the performance. Burruss and her team of experts at The Kandi Factory will work with the two contestants in order to turn them into music superstars.
The show is roduced by True Entertainment with Steven Weinstock, Glenda Hersh, Mark Ford and Kevin Lopez serving as executive producers.
Does Kandi have what it takes to make the next big pop star? Will her two new protégés take her advice and rise to the occasion or will they bomb? We’ll just have to wait and see.
There’s no word yet on an official air date, but I’ll be sure to update you guys when the info becomes available.

ok i havent heard anything about this and this is december of 2011. secondly kim is NOT getting he own show, she is just going to air the last week of her wedding planning and then wedding, i repeat she is not getting her own show, just a weeks worth of taping for her wedding ! Kandi is messy and I won’t be watching if she do get her own show. I don’t know if yall caught what she said in the last show about workign with lawrence and kim and giving free money, so i guess lawrence won’t be working with Kandi afterall! LOL LOL LOL wow…to me she was trying to make lawrence out of something he wasn’t. either he going to be his natural self or nothing…no one wants to hear him sounding and singing crazy lyrics! he needs to be himself!
