According to USMagazine, Ciara stepped out in an Alexander Vathier dress with H. Stern jewels and her Loubitons as she partied with the Teen Vogue crew.

Looks like Ciara had a fun time. And Yeah.. Yeah.. Yeah.. we know CiCi ain’t no dayum teenager anymore but she does have a long history with the magazine.

The fondation looks caked on. She needs to find a make up person who knows how to use foundation correctly ( that will blend with her skin)she should use mac or something that is made for women of colour.
