Is rocking booty shorts or daisy dukes a crime now?

Legal opinions vary, but for those of you who have a big “A”zzz, rocking cheek baring shorts could definitely get you arrested.  😯

Being that many cities have adopted policies on urban gear like saggin’ pants, it’s only fair that you ladies be forced to wear “socially accepted” attire as well.

That being said… two chicks were recently arrested for wearing shorts that revealed too much of their bodacious booties.

Details below:

Police in Memphis, Tennessee arrested the 2 women above last weekend, after they chose to rock their booty shorts in the hot Summertime weather.

The ladies were apparently stopped, questioned and subsequently arrested after officers noticed their shorts were exposing way too much of their large “A”ssets:

According to an affidavit, 20-year-old Regina Milligan and 22-year-old Brittney Wise were arrested after being stopped by an officer working a routine patrol in the area of Firestone and Thomas in northwest Memphis.

The document says that both women were wearing grey shorts that exposed their buttocks. When police asked the women if they had a change of clothes, they said “no”.

Both women were then arrested and charged with indecent exposure. (READ MORE)

I guess the moral of this story is… if you have to much “A”zz cover it up with class. (I shoulda been a rapper!) *giggle*
