August has been a dramatic month for Fantasia Barrino. Not only did Tasia “officially” announce her pregnancy in front of a live audience in Jacksonville, FL, we also found out that her baby daddy (to be), Antwan Cook, is still a very married man.
In addition to those very serious life changes, Tasia has now been hit with a lawsuit for over $25,000… and U.S. Bank want’s it’s cash!

According to TMZ, a lawsuit was filed last month by a collection agency claiming Fantasia owes U.S. Bank for an unspecified debt:
The lawsuit doesn’t explain why, and neither side would go into details, but the suit is asking for $25,057.02 plus 10% interest per year dating back to May 2009.
Fantasia is no stranger to money troubles — she nearly lost her home to foreclosure in January 2009, before making the payments at the last minute.
Fantasia also way more to worry about than that lil bit of dough. Her baby daddy (to be)’s ex wife is still quite a bit bitter and I’m sure Tasia’s pregnancy is yet another thorn in that already sticky situation.

Since Fantasia already told us (on more than one occasion) that she doesn’t give a dayum what we think… let’s all continue to keep our opinions to ourselves… ok?

I like her and is a fan but I agree she is a grown woman with a beautiful daughter. As mothers we have to be examples to our kids they are watching us. And I don’t feel sorry for her either have self respect and standards about yourself…I wonder what Oprah thinks BTW she the perfect mentor.
I watched the Fantasia Barrino story last night on Lifetime and it was not the same as when I first seen it. The first time I seen her pain and struggles and I wept for her. But when I saw it again last night, I seen the pattern. She thinks she grown and cant nobody tell her nothing. She makes immature decisions and then gets mad at others cause at the end she looks like a fool. She needs to grow up! Dont no real men commit to woman if they are still married. They won’t belittle you like that.
This isn’t really a story though. We all have bills to pay, she just has one that she slipped on paying. I’m just glad it’s not me that owes anyone 25k.
