Word on the curb is that Stacie Dash has been booted from the cast of the wildly popular VH1 show “Single Ladies”.
Journalist Jawn Murray also tweeted the disturbing news yesterday evening…
Uh oh!!! Has Stacey got the big head already???
Details below…
Jawn further noted online that Dash was released from the show because she “feuded with the cast, canceled promos and caused entirely too much drama” on the set.
Others close to the show reveal that Stacey stormed off the set during one of the final scenes after picking a fight with her co-star Lisa Raye McCoy, leaving everyone on the set stunned.
Being that the season finale’ aired last night, this may be just another ploy to keep all you anxious viewers on edge until next season.
Stacey even tweeted about last night’s season finale’ as if she’s still involved with the show…
So is this merely a publicity stunt or did Stacey Dash really get the ax?? I guess only time will tell… Stay tuned!

She couldn’t act. She a very beautiful woman but no matter the emotion her tone stayed the same. That baby voice and whining is just annoying
Word around the web is she did get fired, and her replacement might be Kelly Rowland. Not sure if that’s true because Kelly have a million and one things going on. But it’s not like Stacey Dash she act, she just beautiful (no homo)
I liked seeing Stacey on TV again AND n a part closer to her age. I think her character worked for her. With the crap she dealt with. She was perfect. I would hate to see her go but would still watch to see if I still liked it without her storyline.
Stacey Dash … I thought she did ok but she doesnot make the role memorable. I think she is a beautiful woman but she is more known for being a print and video girl – her mistake was not doing movies on a regular basis. She must have made a killing on them “Clueless” residual checks because that was the last movie I have seen her in.

I hope not, I’ve seen all the shows and have fallin in love with all the cast. Stacey Dash is a beautiful young lady and brings class and elegance to the show, and I love her acting. I hope she is still on the show, if not then I do not think I will be watching it any more, not a big fan of the others, but enjoy their acting as well. Each one of them brings something to the shows table and has made it very intersting. If she is replaced, hopefully its not kelley Rowland. Looking forward to next season with Val front and center.

Stacey Dash is the only real actress on the show. What are they going to do without her half the show is filmed either in her apartment or in her boutique. I hope this isnt true because if Stacey goes I quit watching

I’d like to see her stay & hope they can work it out. Are some ppl really expecting this show to be intellectually stimulating & the characters profound? It’s supposed to be a romantic comedy. It has good comedic timing, great fashion…in most cases, & it’s like corn ball romance novels where men fall at their feet w/every two or three steps. I give Queen kudos for her role in bringing this project to the screen & I hope the ladies continue to be employed to bring this entertainment. For ppl who want something more, you just have to keep pushing by making your voices heard at the production companies & maybe even produce your own work & start climbing that very challenging hill to make it happen. I am putting my money where my mouth is. I have written several short stories & two novels & it is an uphill challenge to get my works published. I wish I did write something like Singles Ladies, I’d be rich, biiatch.

Truth is Lisa Raye is the best on the show. The white girls wig/hair is annoying! Everyone else looks good but they act like they are in a church play. The acting on The Game and Girls Friends was much much better. It may be a comedy but the acting is horrible. And they do a bad job of repping Atlanta. Why all the fakeness? No store in little Five Points is that big. And who make enough from a clothing boutique with barely any items to live in a penthouse. they could insert more real Atlanta personalities in the story line. An Atlanta based hip hop labell with a white head…PLEASE! It was an ok show for the first season but hopefully they will grow into it

I love Single Ladies its a good breather from all the reality shows. If the rumor is true about Dash leaving the show Gabrielle Union would be a good swope. The writing is what makes the show.

I hate to see anyone get fired.. But you have to get along with all of your co-workers that is no if, ups, or downs.. When you are filming any series or movie and one person is being difficult that can cost a lot of money, because seconds lead to minutes, and minutes lead to hours, and hours can lead to days.. From the beginning of filming Stacy Dash has been causing problems, so if she got fired, she did this to herself..
What we all have to realize in life anyone can be replaced, and nothing is permanent..
On the acting part, I think LisaRaye McCoy is the best actress hands down, and the show should revolve around her versus Stacy Dash.. Stacy Dash character has always been a whining, weak behind woman, for the simple fact she did everything because of a man.. She wouldn’t have her business if it wasn’t for her trying to get her man to marry her.. And she has partners to open her business, when it is so many ways for African Americans to open business without partners from the government.. They have grants & loans for us.. All that time she spent that basketball player, and she couldn’t open that business without partners? Come on now… But that is my two cents..

The show wouldn’t make sense with out stacey dash character. It fits her, she is supposed to be the successful, independent, level-headed, woman of the show who is struggling with love. Lisaraye character is so stereotypical, if anything they need to get rid of the slutty white girl character because she hasn’t added a thing but sex to the show. And what happened to lauren london?\ smh she was supposed to be apart of the cast, why don;t they use her smh TV just stupid!

If not, then the writer will have to kill Val’s character off….
I am truly sorry to see Stacey Dash go because although there has been conflict, the girls showed no sign in their chemistry on the show. But, if this is the case and a replacement is in order, why not give Nia Long the role. She’s beautiful and sexy and I would love to see her rock this character. Good Luck Stacey!

Nia Long, Lauren London, Vivica Fox or any other actress will not do. If this is true then they should just kill Val’s character off. I don’t think there is anyone that can play Stacey’s part. She is Val and that’s all there is to it. I heard they might be looking at Kelly Rowland and if so, that would be a tragedy! I like Kelly as a singer but God knows that she is no actress. What a damn shame. We are always destroying a good thing…I wouldn’t be a bit surprised if Diamond had something to do with this.
Love, love, love the show. It’s been a long time since I watched a show that "I don’t want to miss." Love each of the ladies and the parts they play. Stacey is adorable, and I think she plays her role well, as do LisaRaye and the others. Keep them all. The last episode was "the bomb."

LisaRaye is so full of herself that no matter who replaces Stacy Dash there is going to be problems on the set. Ms. Dash was the real star on the show and deserved more respect – she certain was a bigger star than LisaRaye. Ms, Dash will move on to better things. She looks amazing, has more class, and will land on her feet. LisaRaye has a year or two left for a tv career. I don’t know if I am going to continue to watch the show ….
I will continue to watch if Stacey goes. I hope she doesnt though, I like her in this role. But we have to face it, it is Stacey’s job to do what is necessary to keep her job. If she cant keep her job, then she will lose it. She cant blame anything on Lisa Raye, its not Lisa Raye job to keep Stacey in hers. Stacey has not been doing much of anything over the past 10 years and she should be trying to get more acting in bec she is not that great. She is committing career suicide if she does anything to lose her job. That is just tired and ridiculous!
