Juaquin Malphurs aka Atlanta rapper Waka Flocka Flame just caught another bad rap!
Waka may be well-known for his troubles with the law, but he’s also taken time in the past to make a fan’s wish come true.
Unfortunately for Waka, the good things get overshadowed by his negative press, and now he has one more bad thing to add to his resume!
Drug possession… *sigh*
Waka had yet another run-in with police this past weekend.
He was arrested in New York Saturday (June 23, 2011) and had to spend a night in jail after being caught with marijuana at a mall in Queens, New York.
Waka Flocka Flame was subsequently released without being charged, and he immediately hit up twitter to vent his frustrations about the incident:

In December, police arrested two people at Waka’s Henry County home for possession of a minor amount of marijuana. Waka wasn’t at home at the time but was still charged in the incident.
In January, he surrendered to Henry County authorities on a warrant that included drug and weapons possession charges as well as criminal street gang activity and a probation violation. His Mom, Debra Autney spoke during that time and vehemently denied any gang activity.

In March 201o, Waka was arrested in Houston County for violating his probation from a 2006 incident. He’d left Georgia to perform at a concert and authorities were tipped off. According to the Houston County Superior Court Clerk’s office, he pleaded guilty to possession of a sawed-off shotgun and received four years’ probation.
All I know is… Waka needs to go sit down somewhere before he ends up with a rap sheet as long as Gucci Mane’s!
