No… Usher Raymond was NOT arrested last night, but if he was, I’m almost positive his mugshots would look something like these.
Usher was spotted on the carpet of the “HTC Status Social” launch event at Paramount Studios yesterday (July 19, 2011) in Hollywood, California looking rather “hard in the paint”.
