Peter Thomas and his wife Cynthia Bailey of The Real Housewives of Atlanta held a sneak preview of Peter’s new venture.
In case you forgot, Peter’s former Uptown Supperclub closed last year amidst financial difficulties and Peter and he was recently found not guilty of assaulting a female employee of the establishment.

Now Thomas, in partnership with Robert “RL” Thomas of the R&B group Next (Peter Thomas Entertainment Group), has developed a brand new restaurant/nightspot called “Bar One” located in the Grant Park neighborhood of Downtown Atlanta.
A private preview of the new spot was held for family and friends last week and was co-hosted by Cynthia’s fellow “Real Housewife” NeNe Leakes.
Other attendees included “Football Wives” star Chanita Foster, Q Parker (of 112), industry vet Shanti Das, NFL player Charles Grant and fellow “housewives” Phaedra Parks, Sheree Whitfield.

According to the restaurant’s website, Bar One plans to open its doors to the public in mid July with a grand opening affair where it will present its food and bar selections.
Bar One has set its sights on not being your run-of-the-mill bar/lounge, but plans to offer an array of tapas for the discerning and diverse palate while providing music from an eclectic mix of local, national, and international DJs.

I have no idea if Cynthia is a partner in her hubby’s new venture as well, but word on the curb is that she recently opened up her own modeling agency called The Bailey Agency.
Nightclubs and restaurants in Atlanta come and go and ownership changes quicker than the weather. I’m hoping this new venture is a successful one for Peter and RL.

Here he goes again investing in another club! Uptown tanked and he and Cynthia lost all of their money. Not to mention how disrespectful he was toward Cynthia when she got upset about it! A true azzhole! He doesn’t have a pot to piss in, nor a window to throw it out of. If it wasn’t for Cynthia, his old azz would be homeless. Glad she signed a pre-nup. I wonder if he is paying child support for any of the FIVE children he has? Hmmm.

Cynthia was on Bravo Live with Andy Cohen & she mentioned this restaurant/bar & she said she made it clear she had nothing to do with this financially & their was a pre-nup signed, so she is more intelligent than people give her for. She has a daughter to look out for..
