Mugshot Mania ~ An Ex “Destiny’s Child” Disturbs the Peace…

A former Destiny’s child member has been given the distinct honor of being added to StraightFromTheA.com’s mugshot gallery.

If you blinked you may have missed her, but Farrah Franklin made it to the final four of Destiny’s Child. Holding her position for 5 whole months alongside Beyonce, Kelly Knowles and Michelle Williams before the Grammy-award winning girl group turned into a threesome and eventually a onesome…

But I digress…

29 year old Franklin was arrested in Culver City, California yesterday and charged with disorderly conduct after someone called to complain that she was super drunk and disturbing the peace.

Franklin explained the situation to TMZ, stating:

Unfortunately, I am the latest victim on what seems to be a growing list of those who are racially profiled and mistreated by Culver City Police. I was manhandled by the arresting officers.

But the Culver City PD begs to differ, stating they were simply responding to a telephone complaint by a citizen who claimed Franklin was disturbing the peace.

Franklin says,

“I am really upset about all that has taken place. I have never had a run in with the law before Saturday. On Saturday I was not arrested, I was detained.”

Again with Franklin’s angry mug in the system, cops beg to differ, stating Franklin was indeed arrested for disorderly conduct.

Franklin adds, “There were no female officers on duty and I was required to take off my top and treated unfairly.”

But again…  Law enforcement officials confirmed that one of the arresting officers was female.

Perhaps Franklin was a bit too inebriated to recall specific facts about the incident, but she says regardless she’s moving forward and will see those cops in a court of law!

If that case doesn’t work out, Farrah could always do a R&B remix of “F*ck the Police”….
