The happy news hit the net yesterday that Monica is now an official “basketball wife” and now her new hubby, Lakers player Shannon Brown, confirms the news via video:
“It’s true,” the 25-year-old Lakers guard told Hiphopnonstop.tv yesterday.
“That’s my wife, I’m her husband, you know. We’re going to continue to make positive things happen.”
The couple met last summer on the set of Mo’s “Love All Over Me Video” and immediately fell in love. The two sealed their union in a private civil ceremony November 22nd in Los Angeles. Rumor has it that Mo is planning a full wedding for their friends and family in June
