Waka Flocka Flame (aka Juaquin James Malphurs) has been released from a Henry County Jail after turning himself in on drug, weapons & gang related charges.

According to The HipHopEnquirer, Waka was released just moments ago from Henry County jail afer posting a cash bond of $40,000 for charges stemming from the arrest warrant issued after authorities raided his home last week.
Waka’s attorney, Ted Johnson spoke out against the arrest and believes the case against his client is weak and without merit.
“My client was not at the home when the search warrant was executed nor were the weapons found in the house illegal as it has been reported by some media outlets.
Mr. Malphurs has done so much charity work for his community and these charges are a distraction for all the great and positive things he does.”
Attorney Johnson also stated that rappers in general should be very careful about the people they associate with. READ MORE
Waka’s mom, Debra Antney, reportedly picked him up from the jail and at his request, rushed him to the nearest Zaxby’s for his favorite chicken sandwiches.
Waka is free and probably eating chicken as I type while Gucci Mane is still reportedly in the crazy house. I couldn’t make this ish up if I tried…
