Jennifer Hudson has dropped six dress sizes and it’s a new day for the new mom!
The 29-year-old Dreamgirls star showed off her amazing shape in a figure-hugging grey dress for the latest Weight Watchers campaign and in a new interview, the mother-of-one says:
‘I look younger now than in high school! Hearing how great I look never gets old.’
Project Runway’s Tim Gunn was a fashion consultant on the stylish shoot, which shows her throwing her hands up in the air in triumph. Out-takes from the ad show her in a series of stylish outfits which put her body on display in all its glory.
In the accompanying television campaign, the former America Idol star performs the classic jazz track, “Feeling Good”, and uses the lyric ‘It’s a new day’ as its catch line.

To date, Jennifer still hasn’t revealed exactly how many pounds she shed but her transformation has been undeniably dramatic.
She dropped from a U.S. size 16 to a size 4 through the weight watchers program and regular workout sessions with personal trainer, Harley Pasternak.

Jennifer admits that ‘Being skinny, it’s a job. It’s not easy!’ and says her weight loss has been the result of serious hard work.
In being in the public eye, Jennifer says she’s now a symbol of weight loss, and specifically Weight Watchers, and feels the eyes of the world on her waistline.
‘I feel this responsibility to the world now – people are watching, so I have to keep going in the right direction in terms of my weight loss.
They are using me as a role model, and that keeps me inspired.
Jennifer welcomed son David Jr. in August last year and says that if she could bottle up the secrets to her success, she would. She speaks passionately on how she wants to share the tools that she has learned with others in the video below:

How can I put this delicately…..I wish she’d put out more music and I thought she had some form of help to achieve this new body(surgical help)of hers. I am happy she chose to lose weight, but I do not know why I am so annoyed by the Weight Watchers commercials.Jen is so talented and I wanted more from her than just commercials. I don’t know maybe the recession has something to do with this.I really can’t call it…..

Jennifer you look good girl !……but please don’t lose any more weight just maintain because it wll start to take away from your pretty face and you don’t want that.
You look amazing. Keep up the good work. Let your attitude about your weight loss be as positive as you look. Don’t freak out if you fall off the wagon. Just get up and get back on it.So many people make weight loss their God in life. When they see they gained a pound or two they get crazy. Just stay focused and grounded. Don’t allow Hollywood to dictate to you how they want you to be. Be the same Jennifer that all of us know. And if you want to eat a piece of sweet potatoe pie, then eat it and get on the elliptical and bust it out.Again you look amazing. I am so proud of you.
