Kim Zolciak of The Real Housewives of Atlanta tweeted the hot new photo above yesterday as she was on her way to a wedding and she’s looking “smoking hot” right? Practically glowing… as most pregnant woman do.
But besides Kim glowing and looking fab, word on the curb is that Kim, who bragged recently on the show about being a registered nurse, is doing the one thing most well-informed pregnant women would never do… SMOKE!
Kim was caught on camera taking a smoke break while watching an NFL game a few weeks back… a HUGE no-no being that Kim is three months pregnant!
The photo was taken in Atlanta on November 7, outside the Georgia Dome. As you recall, I exclusively confirmed Kim’s pregnancy on October 29th, while Kim and her 25 year old baby daddy, Atlanta Falcons player Kroy Biermann, formally announced the pregnancy a month later on November 22nd.
The evidence is clear that Kim was still smoking (at least during her first trimester). *sigh*
Let’s all say a little prayer for Kim & Kroy’s innocent little embryo. Maybe if Kim’s put on blast, she’ll buy a patch and quit the nicotine.

I remember her saying she was a nurse on LAST season’s RHOA. But I thought LPN’s only work in nursing homes. I could be wrong, but whatever. Regardless of that why did she get knocked up so fast by Kroy. Why didn’t she pull that stunt with "Big Poppa"?
