Because apparently he tapes phone conversations without permission.
Last week, Raz B released THIS disturbing video of a phone call between he and former TUG Entertainment artist Quindon Tarver. The two spoke candidly during the conversation about the sexual abuse they say occurred at the hands of Chris Stokes and Marquis Houston.

Tarver has now released an “official statement” regarding the call, stating that he had no idea it was being recorded and that Raz B didn’t have his permission to put his personal business on the net.
Tarver, pictured above during his AI Audition, doesn’t deny in his statement that the abuse occurred, only that he doesn’t want to stir the pot at this time….
In regards to the videos leaked over the net recently by DeMario “Raz B” Thornton, I would like to first start off by saying that it was never intentional, on my part, for that conversation to have been made public. I had no clue our conversation was being recorded, nor did I know it would wound up on the internet. I was under the impression that Raz B and myself were having a private conversation, nothing more or less.
In 2008, I spoke in-depth to VIBE magazine regarding the painful experiences in my past while under Chris Stokes label. I had no intentions of making public discussion of the incident since that story. I have also cooperated with law enforcement since the incident, and have absolutely given the situation completely over to God. It was never my intention to attract negative publicity for any of the parties involved. As far as the “scandal” goes, I am done with it. I’m busy in the studio working on new music, and my God-given gift is what will make room for me.
I truly appreciate the tremendous outpour of support and love I’ve been receiving lately, but it is not my intention to harm or humiliate anyone. As I’ve stated before, my past is the past and that’s where I’m going to leave it. It’s now in God’s hands, and He’ll handle the matter accordingly. (Via VIBE)
Tarver may not have wanted to “harm or humiliate” anyone, but the facts are still the same. A whole lot went down during those kid’s days under Stokes and one day maybe he’ll answer for it.
In the meantime, let’s all pray that these young men are healed soon.
Granted, in some states, it is illegal to record your conversation with another person without that person’s consent, but Mr. Tarver should have known Raz B’s modus operandi – that is, he uploads his phone conversations concerning his abuse allegations to the internet.
Why is this a reoccuring theme in the music industry?Some form of child exploitation(sexual abuse or violence)that goes on behind these "entertainment groups". This type of abuse isn’t new, but it is kind of odd that Raz is yelling this to the heavens and folks are getting peeved with him for doing it. Two years ago I remember him and his brother came out with these same allegations, but then he was forced to recant the allegation by some west coast gang, or somebody. Now, I pray this guy ask the Lord to release whatever hold the enemy has attached to him. Anger only destroys from within and it destroys the individual that holds the grudge.Release this stuff and becaome free, Raz.Let the Lord handle him, his time aint long.

Raz B should not have put that conversation on the internet without the consent of the person he was speaking with, BUT he trying to be heard, and wants people to take his abuse allegations seriously. And this is how he felt he had to do this. wrong and all.
Sad. Just Sad. I hope all the lil boys Chris Stokes and Marquis Houston touched get the therapy they need.
These boys were HUNGRY for fame and it’s obvious that Chris Stokes took advantage of them (physically and mentally). And now what do they have to show for it? All of them are fighting for some kind of recognition while STROKES is sitting on all the cash from their hard work.
That’s what PIMPS do though so I’m not surprised but if he did it to B2K and IMX I’m sure he’s doing it to all the other lil boy bands that he still works with.
The parents should be warned and this PEDOPHILE should not be allowed to work with lil boys. RazB is proof of that.
