Ok… now before the Ciara STANS come a runnin, this is NOT a post about the state of CiCi’s botox laden cheeks. Lord & Taylor’s “Ultimate Face-Lift” on Fifth Avenue in NYC is complete and in celebration, Ciara played host to New York’s shopping elite.
