If you recall, a few months back, I reported that NeNe would be working for Atlanta’s 11-Alive news, doing an entertainment segment.

Well, word on the curb is that that’s more fiction than fact. In fact, NeNe only taped the ONE segment for the show and it wasn’t even a paid gig!
My sources say it was a one-time thing. A “job” totally made for television and hype. I was told that NeNe knew it all along and wanted everyone to think she was well on her way to getting her own show.
I’ve even heard that the talk of marriage problems between she and Greg were all lies manufatured from the beginning just the show. Case in point, Lisa Wu-Hartwell departed the show because she would NOT pretend to have issues with her fine “A”zz hubby, Ed Hartwell.

I’m starting to assume that most of the viewers of The Real Housewives of Atlanta know all of this already. Seriously… it’s only entertainment right? What “reality” show is really real anyway?

I am not surprised. I thought her segment on 11-Alive News was a dumb idea. I don’t think she is a great interviewer. She is loud, and this is coming from someone who is a little loud herself.
You must not remember that episode when it was revealed that Tommy actually did have a job. They just made it seem so incognito, but he did have one.
NeNe gonna get her hustle on regardless. She knows how to keep the paper flowing.
