Faith Evans Speaks on DUI Arrest + “Something About Faith” Album Cover Art

Singer Faith Evans stopped by the SIRIUS XM studios in New York City on Tuesday (Aug. 31) rocking flaming red hair. The 37-year-old former “Bad Girl” was there promoting her upcoming album “Something About Faith”, which hits shelves October 5th.

Can you believe it’s been almost five years since Faith put out an album? The new joint will will feature Keyshia Cole (“Cant Stay Away”), Redman (“Party”), Snoop Dogg (“Way You Move”), and of course, the new ballad “Gone Already”.

“2010 is shaping up to be an amazing year for me!” stated Faith. “To be in a place where I have grown from an entertainer to an entrepreneur is truly a blessing. I am excited to share this incredible experience with my fans and the world.”

As you know, Faith was arrested a few weeks ago for “suspicion” of DUI, which gave her a lil more press than she wanted. The singer’s car was impounded and she was held for a few hours before being released on bail the following morning.

Hi Faithfuls…I am on the set of my new video for my single “Gone Already” I’m sure by now most of you heard that I was detained on suspicion of a DUI. After completing a full day of wardrobe prep I was stopped at a random checkpoint.
