It’s official so you can stop emailing me for the “scoop”! Miss Sophia (aka Joe Taylor) of Atlanta radio station V-103 is no longer a part of the Frank & Wanda Morning Show.
I’ve been receiving emails all week asking what happened, and the truth is… no one cares knows.
Miss Sophia was the first drag queen to be a regular on Atlanta radio. He/she spent more than four years at V-103 doing the entertainment report with radio jocks Frank Ski and Wanda Smith. His closing tongue roll will be missed for days to come:

Miss Sophia out of drag…
Sophia him/her self isn’t that perplexed by the firing, in radio there are no warnings… just a pink slip and a goodbye.
Last Friday (May 28) was his/her last day on air. Miss Sophia’s seat will be filled by Elle Duncan.

I wondered, enjoyed Sophia for 5 years on Frank & Wanda. However, Frank & Wanda SERIOUSLY bore me & when Rickey took over the Super LAME A-Team on 107.9, I happily switched. I tune in to Frank nem ONLY 4 Sophis and she didn’t come on at all this week, and I knew something had happened. Loved Elle with Ryan BUT she IS SOOOOOO LAME and needs to go to Dave’s show IMMEDIATELY! I WANT OSEI BACK STAT! NO Porsche, GOD made room for her and she, ROYALLY, screwed that up! NOOOOOOO Ramona either. YUCK!!! NO, I SAID! NO! Love Ryan… Rashan, I like but I’m not sure it will last. Rashan’s not, yet, Ryan’s calabor. But, GOD BLESS them all. WHEW!
Hold up Rickey Smiley is funny azz hell, and Gary with T keeps it real he has me rolling every morning. That is all(eye roll)
About time!!!! Sophia was giving out incorrect information, couldn’t pronouce names correctly, and was being corrected by Frank Ski and would get an attitude. If you are going to be in the news/gossip game, you need to come correct especially in Atlanta.
I don’t like Elle with Frank and Wanda — why did they do that? She was cool on her own show at 10 but on the mornin show with Frank and Wanda — no.
I agree with soHappy — Miss Sophia was always giving out wrong information and was bad with pronouncing names but I do Miss her and preferred her to Elle
