Nivea is pouring out her soul in a new song called “Love Hurts”. The official video dropped today and it’s featuring Nivea’s baby daddy/ex-fiance Lil Wayne who graciously took the brunt of her whining.
I guess the question is ‘why did I never leave?’/ man i had plenty opportunities / Women always think they can change a man when changin my mind was a better plan/ Everything i did i did for you and me / now you tell me there’s no more you and me / I’m just a girl standing here in front of a man asking him to love her again.

Video ~ LOVE HURTS ~ Nivea ft. Lil Wayne
Wayne agreed to appear in the video on just two days notice, appearing on set for close to two hours of the nearly 12-hour shoot, less than week before his scheduled sentencing.
With Wayne scheduled to start his sentence today (Mar 3), Nivea, the mother of Wayne’s three-month-old son, is one of the many artists offering words of encouragement:
“Wayne, I pray for your endurance during this difficult time. Know that your mind, heart, spirit and talent will prove to be stronger than the confinement of those walls.”
The “Love Hurts” video features a never before heard remix of the song, which was originally released on Valentine’s Day. Purple Hearts is due out in late Summer 2010.

Hey i ain’t mad at her and i love the song.
At least Wayne’s making sure Nivea stays relevant while he’s locked up. This is a real good look for her.

Am I the only one that feels like Wayne can get it at any second. This video gives him *** appeal minus the fact that he is an ignorant gremlin that is setting a horrible example for our youth and all black men.

I like Nivea and Wayne both as artist but i cant understand why wayne is so indecisive when it comes to his relationships. Out of all his baby mamas, he cant find one to committ too?? I just think its a bit much. I like Toya, Laura , and Nivea and their personalities……i guess he just has too many options.
