Another “final” send off tribute to Michael Jackson has just been released. A video for the legendary singer’s graceful, posthumous single, “This Is It,” directed by filmmaker Spike Lee hit the net and is presented as a loving scrapbook of Jackson’s life.
Starting with slow-mo close-ups of his childhood home, then ballooning through his massive, worldwide fame, the video received flack for not featuring any shots of Michael’s brothers. However there’s a small section of footage of Jackson with his mother, Katherine.
Lee devoted over half of the 4-plus minute clip to footage shot since Jackson’s death. Capturing thousands of fans in mourning and awe, from footage near the Apollo Theatre and all across the world.
In classic Spike Lee fashion, the director focuses several times on a sign that says “Stop The Hatin’,” referring to the coverage of the controversies in Jackson’s life.

According to FreddyO, Shanell & Lil Wayne are a hot couple and have been for quite some time:
Wayne is so in loves with that girl, I dont know what she did, but he is just mush when it comes to her, He loves her drive, Personality, and the fact that she’s so talented. She’s one of his best friends
Shanell and Wayne’s budding romance is no surprise to most of us around town. The two hang out together often and are often spotted hugged up in the V.I.P. I guess this also answers the question of Stage Presence or Sexual Chemistry in THIS video of the two. I also heard that Wayne’s “engagement” to Nivea has been OFF for quite some time now and she’s been rockin the ring to save face.
I also heard that the couple feels that hiding their feelings is too difficult. So I guess that means the cat’s officially out…
According to the video below 42% of Black women have never been married. I’m not one of those so maybe my evaluation may not be as credible as some, but I am single (divorced) and I do have standards concerning to men I consider sharing space. Being from Atlanta, I’ve seen first hand how times have changed and I know I’m not the only one who’s noticed the increasing ratio of Gay to Straight men. But even considering all of those factors, I still think that Black woman are getting a bad rap.
Are we too picky? Are the statistics accurate? Is this a racial problem? So many questions. Video below: Continue Reading…
The last time I wrote about Sara Stokes from Diddy’s Making the Band 2, she was accused of stabbing her husband [mugshot], she’s finally moved past all of that drama and is now a high priced wig spokesperson. Another reality show wannabe, Risky, who won the 3rd season of Charm School with Ricky Lake, is also featured in the ads.
I dunno if either one of these would make me wanna buy a wig, but more power to em!
