Apparently I was mistaken when I credited this photo of Tameka Foster Glover Raymond to Twitter, cause according to an email I received yesterday forwarded from my hosting company this great piece of photographic art is the work of photographer Robert Ector:

I had no idea that people paid Rob for dark grainy webcam photos. Dayum…the things you rich folks do with your dough! All of the previous photos I’ve seen of Rob’s are usually all flossy glossy and beautiful. (Peep these) According to the email, Rob also photographed Tameka and Usher during New Year’s eve 2007.
For the record…Rob, I sincerely apologize for not giving you the credit you deserve. Strangely enough, out of all those posts that Margeaux Yvette/Tameka spent hours cataloging, she neglected to include the one post I wrote that gave you accolades for photoshopping Tameka Foster Glover Raymond to an almost recognizable human being:

BESIDES the fact that my attorney threatened legal action after I received correspondence to my HOME address threatening me to take down my blog post about the death threat I received…
BESIDES the fact that Tameka Foster Glover Raymond stated during our ‘confrontation’ last week that one of her family members “probably” sent me that threatening email that was titled YOUR DEATH THREAT…
and most importantly BESIDES THE FACT THAT I LET ALL THAT SH*T SLIDE and decided to let sleeping DOGS lie.
Yeah….besides ALL of that. I’m still getting dumb “A”zz letters threatening me about some BULL!

Your site is harboring a myriad of copyright infringed images of Tameka Foster Raymond. You can either take each one down or I can continue to go through Godaddy’s Copyright Dept. and have them removed individually which I’m more then happy to keep doing. Based on my discussion with their legal dept. and your repeated infringements, your account could very easily be suspended. I’ve also contacted Wireimage as apparently you have not legally purchased these photographs. There is a fee involved in obtaining photographic reproduction rights that perhaps you are unaware of. There seems to be some type of fanatacism and obsession going on in regards to Mrs. Raymond but perhaps it’s wiser to simply cease consuming your site with information surrounding her relationship, kids, lifestyle, etc. From my standpoint you seem to spend a largely disproportionate amount of time invested into Mrs. Raymond which can prove intent in a court of law. I’m beginning with copyright infringements and will most likely escalate this to a litigation level if this malicious behavior doesn’t abate.
This is something I’m dealing w/ directly (not Tameka) so if you can provide me with a contact number it would be much appreciated. I’ve been alerted that she had to block you on Twitter due to harassment. She doesn’t want any correspondence or communication with or from you. She does not personally deal with anything related to this nature of business but I’m more then happy to discuss with you. Please let me know when you’re available to speak.

I could go in…but like I said during my TWITTER rant last night, she ain’t worthy. I don’t have to explain a damn thing on my site cause I run this and I ain’t letting TAMEKA, MARGEAUX TAYLOR, YVETTE C. JACKSON or anyone else tell me what I can and cannot write on MY SITE. Her sending letters to my home, those crazy “blocked” phone calls, these threatening emails…could be considered harrassment and it’s obvious someone has way more time on her hands than I. Umma let her keep working hard though. You would think that my insignificant website should be the LEAST of Tameka’s worries, especially since she made a point of telling me her divorce to Usher wasn’t final. Jeez…. shouldn’t she be concentrating on finding a plastic surgeon who’ll transform her into the light-skinned chick she always wanted to be so that maybe, just maybe she could save her marriage?
As I said during our chat Tameka, ‘YOU TAKE THIS BLOG SHIT WAY TOO SERIOUSLY.’ Do you and stop obsessing over what I MIGHT say about you. I’m sure you have bigger fish to fry. Oh…and by the way, that ‘rumor’ about that sex tape floating around is safe with me.

September 17, 2009 @ 2:57 pmGirl…I told you that you are a good one. There’s a couple things wrong with all this so I’ll take my time and make sure I get it all out:
1. Tameka needs to step up and admit her own wrong doing before pointing out that of others. I refuse to believe that anybody (attorney or otherwise) has that much of a vested interest in her that they’d go to such great lengths to shut you down. Who does that?
2. I think ‘Meka is beautiful and no matter what, I’ll stick by that claim. But the dissolution of her marriage could very well BE the blogs in that she does take them too seriously. In her letter about being pretty for a dark skinned chick, she talks about the blogs and fans being responsible for the shambles that was their marriage. It sounds to me like the blogs/fans got to HER and not the marriage. Self esteem much? Why let someone else kill your joy?
3. From Margeaux to Melodie to Yvette…all these people need to quit. They’re all being ridiculously unprofessional in contacting you about this mess but it only further verifies the notion that NONE of the lawyers, assistants, etc., even exist. They know that if they even attempted to bring this **** to Phaedra, with one flip of a page, she could find out if these people existed or not. Instead, they’re coming at you believing that you’re none the wiser and will just ‘back off’ cuz they ’said so.’
As I told you last night, I am ALL for keeping the peace. I hate arguing and being petty over bullshit b/c it can ruin your day and it’s unproductive. However, I have an even bigger problem with bullying and people talking **** for the sake of hearing themselves speak. You’re so much better than me b/c if it WAS ME, none of these chicks (be they real or imaginary) would get a word in edge wise. Sometimes you have to cut a ***** below the belt so they know that you’re SO not the one to deal with. If she’d do like the rest of these celebrities and move on, she wouldn’t have to worry about what this blogger or that one is doing. Instead, she could focus on her family, her own life and that foundation she’s starting up. THOSE are things that are far more important than what the hell is on a blog. Be for real.
All in all, the high road is a good deal but you’ll learn that some people aren’t worthy of that. I’m clearly not gangsta in THIS life or any other but I be damned if I’d continuously take this BS that you get. You’re far far better than anything related to MissJia.com!

I thought she represented Derek Blanks, and now she represents Tameka only. Wow she is one dedicated woman with a lot of jobs, offices, and phone numbers.
She can do everything except get me a face to face with that woman, for lack of a better word.
Ignore her because you can’t claim copyright on fake charge. I have the back-up proof if you need to go to war.

September 18, 2009 @ 2:07 amI’ve talked to Rob Ector several times today and he confirmed that he has absolutely NOTHING to do with these complaints. I put this out there basically to show how much Tameka and/or her croanies are harassing me through my site.
I got another email which is basically hell bent on filing false complaints to my hosting company as well as any photo services that I use. All of the complaints sent lists Rob Ector as the complainant and they’ve recently been successful at getting one of my recap vids removed from YouTube for copyright infringement citing Rob as the complaining party.
It’s all absolutely absurd to me especially since I haven’t done a Tameka post in quite some time. I’m feeling some kinda way right now about my personal safety and am absolutely overwhelmed with the amount of time these STALKERS are spending to get my site shut down.
I’m doing everything within my power to preserve what I’ve worked so hard for over these past 2 years and I’m not going to go down without a fight. On the real…these bishes is crazy!! Thanks for the support you guys. Just know that what I post on the site is just a minuscule part of what’s REALLY going on. It’s real on these internet streets!
@JiMi! For the record Rob had nothing to do with the letter. It’s all TFGR or her “camp”. Us bloggers have seen this letter before. Last time it was Derek Blank’s name attached to it and he had no knowledge of it either.

Derek Blanks said that any copyright infringement emails with his name on it is a FRAUD unless it’s from his attorney Juanita Vaughn. Y’all already know that the “Yvette C. Jackson” name is an alias as well. I found out it’s being used by someone working under TFGR’s direction and she’s been sending those bogus “copyright infringement” letters to my hosting company, Wireimage & YouTube in an effort to get any coverage that I’ve done on TFGR removed. It really amounts to harrassment and intimidation. She’s even gotten one of my recap vids (the one where I was wearing the ATLien shirt and talked about Usher chucking the deuce) that has that web cam photo in it pulled from youtube for “copyright infringement by Rob Ector Photography”…needless to say he didn’t do it and its a fraudulent claim just like all the others. I’ve filed all the necessary documents to dispute the claim but it’s all a headache.
I’ve given my attorney all of the necessary documents to proceed and I’ll probably be contacting other bloggers who have been harrassed in the same manor.
