  Check out this hot new track from Kandi Burruss called “I Like Him” which features Rick Ross and Kandi’s good friend Rasheeda Georgia Peach. I received this hot song directly from Kandi herself during The Madden NFL 10 MVP Suite a few weeks back and thought I’d share it with you.  Kandi’s been busy in the studio working on her comeback CD and this track was produced by none other than Nittti himself (yep…it’s a Nitti beat!).  Feel free to take a listen and give your constructive criticism. I’ll be sure to pass it along…

   hmmmm…..

   damn….

   I like the lyrics…the lyrics are dope….but I HATE the beat. I’d buy it if the beat was on point. IDK….sounds kinda generic.

   Cute concept. But I HATE the fact that Kandi is a TRUE vocalist and this is all we get? I mean remember that high note from “My Little Secret”? Kandi has skills! But this song is straight up 90s ATL down. She has the ability to do REAL ballads. And “I Like Him”? Why not use her current situation and give us depth, emotion, ****, MAKE US CRY damnit. I MISS REAL R&B! A Nitti beat? What happened to good ole piano and orchestra tracks with real instruments? Kandi’s a dope lyricist and truly a hope for bringing female vocalists where they should be – ON TOP! C’mon Kandi!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m routing for you!!!!
