Is Kandi Burruss Ditching RHOA & Her Fiance?

Word on the street is that Kandi Burruss can’t take the heat associated with her appearances on Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Atlanta and has decided to leave when her contract is up this season. Of course you’ve heard of the drama between she and NeNe Leakes, well I got a chance to chat with Kandu up close and personal during the Madden 10 MVP Premiere Party where she confirmed to me that the “drama” is indeed real.
Kandi feels that NeNe is a faker who plays all of her “friends” off of each other. While most people labeled her castmate, Sheree’ Whitfield as the troublemaker it was NeNe all along. During her brief period on the show, Kandi, being from the “A,” is not one to sit by and be disrespected so she never fails to stand up to NeNe, which in turn causes conflict. I guess all the other castmates kiss “A”zz while Kandi stands her ground. Being that we’ve only seen a few episodes so far, the real drama has yet to be seen on the show.
I also asked Kandi about her relationship with her fiance Ashley “A.J.” Jewel and inquired if they’d set a date. Kandi explained that there was no date and that the show has been a major stress factor in their relationship. Now before you start the rumor that Kandi and AJ are no more, I recently overheard AJ bragging about being engaged to Kandi so I’m assuming they’re still together. Whatever the case, Kandi’s decision to join the housewives cast seems to be causing more drama in her life than ever. I hope that she decides to continue to stand strong and represent for the real hometowners but I can’t blame her if she decides to dip.
My boo Drama Dupri also has a lot to say about the whole Kandi leaving RHOA situation. He’s playing devil’s advocate and supporting Team NeNe while I’m riding for Kandi all day errr day. Peep his hilarious commentary below:

SOOOOOOOO i’ll just say dear Father pls bless all these ladies on the RHOA putting their mess on TV like that. YIKES! They r stronger than me…not the kid homie…NOT the KID!

She maybe leaving the show cus she not a drama type person and since she wont back down from fat girl like the rest of the so called house wives dont mean people not going to like her cus I know a lot of people tht love her for standing up to tht whale. Also know tht she is the only real Atl lady there. So dont try to come for Kandi like tht. U should be happy she dont like drama 3 blk women fight just to make money tht **** is crazy just to make us as blk people look even more crazy than white people already think we are. But I had to comment on tht cus im a biggg fan of Kandi since “just kickin” days. Just remember she the only one on there with real money not tv money and her own house. You are a beautiful woman, compassionate, fair, humble and carrying your own weight. You are your own source. Don’t let the fakes/haters you’ve had to work with cause you to doubt what you’ve established for yourself and family, let them be your lessons in moving on. I hate to comment on her but NeNe is jealous of you because you are the epitemy of the “Success” that all aspiring women would want to be, hard knocks and all. Her behavior is inside out, what she is really saying is you are what I want to be and because I’m not. I don’t like you, and I want to bully you and dull your shine. So sadly petty and obvious. Keep moving Kandi, don’t be pulled in by the distractions, and don’t someone else’s ugly re-shape you, just remember what your carrying……You and yours!
