Perez Hilton Tweets About Alleged Will.i.Am Beating + Video Responses from Both
Twitter was off the dayum chain this morning. Not only did BET’s Dorion Stanberry get “hacked” by what appears to be a disgruntled lover, but Perez Hilton tweeted about being assaulted by Will.i.am of the Black-Eyed Peas and his security guards:
Beginning just after 3 a.m., Hilton started tweeting about the alleged attack:
• PerezHilton: I’m in shock. I need the police ASAP. Please come to the SoHo Metropolitan Hotel now. Please.
• PerezHilton: I was assaulted by Will.I.Am of the Black Eyed Peas and his security guards. I am bleeding. Please, I need to file a police report. No joke.
• PerezHilton: Still waiting for the police. The bleeding has stopped. I need to document this. Please, can the police come to the SoHo Met Hotel.
Hilton, whose real name is Mario Lavandeira, is in Toronto where he presented at Sunday night’s MuchMusic Awards.
Will.i.am addressed the issue via video. Check out what he had to say below:
“It’s not that serious. It’s all music and opinon. People make a career out of opinion which is cool but don’t get so crazy about it. It’s not that serious. Tonight was a good night…but it was a crazy night.”
Will’s story and Perez’s story are completely different. Perez would lead you to believe that Will totally beat him down via his twitter and Will makes it appear that it was the fans who Boom Boom Pow’d the popular blogger. Either way, someone’s feelings were hurt and the police were called.
Most recently Perez addressed Will via twitter with:
@iamtherealwill There are multiple witnesses. You can deny all you want. The truth is the truth and I am telling the truth. 6:27am June 22nd
Who knows who’s story is correct? This one here is still developing…

June 22, 2009 @ 11:31 ami love that ppl are deciding the truth based on who they like… yes, perez is a **** and will.i.am has never had bad press, but that still doesn’t mean that what we WANT to be true is true. i’m going to hold off judgement on both people until more (hopefully unbiased) info comes out about what happened.
