Flix/Video ~ Lil Duval’s Birthday Celebration at Luckie
Grand Hustle’s resident funnyman Lil Duval (aka Roland Powell) celebrated his birthday last night at Luckie Food Lounge. Not only did he don his favorite high-yella Super Fly polyester birthday suit, but the crazy “A”zz comic drank all the liquor in the building and partied til the wee hours of the morning. I have absolutely no idea how old the birthday boy is now but according to his wikipedia page, he’s 32 this year.

You would have thought he coulda poured out a lil for his missing patna, Tip but nooooo! He drank it ALL and you can best believe he was feeling it and probably still is. Of course I got it all on tape…I keeps my Mino running even with dranks in hand. Ha!

June 11, 2009 @ 8:49 pmI love me some Lil Duval! I still remember me and my boyfriend sitting on the couch watching him perform on Comic View for the very first time when I lived in Jacksonville. This was back in 2001. What was so funny was that when the announcer introduced him as Lil Duval and mentioned he was from Jacksonville, I damn near broke my neck to hit the record button on my VCR (yes, I said VCR! LOL!). After that we watched his performance about 5 more times. It was that funny.
Congrats to him and everything he has excelled at since then. Dude has done nothing but come up! That’s a good look.
