Mugshot Mania ~ 60lbs in the Cabinet and 45 in the Trunk
First, the Mom who shoplifted in Walmart while her 2 toddlers were waiting in the car, and now dayum drug kingpins who hid 60lbs of cocaine in kitchen cabinets and 45 lbs in the trunk of a car?! Cobb County has been on FIRE this week in their arrests…almost makes me feel safer in Downtown Atlanta. Almost.
Ricardo Santiago (above), 45, of Marietta, was found with nearly 60 pounds of cocaine hidden in kitchen cabinets at a home on Sanibel Lane in Smyrna. Edgar Dominguez (below), 31, of Roswell, had roughly 45 pounds of cocaine in the trunk of his white Honda Accord. Acccording to his warrant, Dominguez was seen leaving the home on Sanibel Lane before his arrest.
Both men were arrested June 3 and charged with drug trafficking, according to police arrest reports. They remain in Cobb County Jail. (source)
I read a while back that Atlanta suburbs are now a haven for drug cartels, so this huge bust in Marietta just about proves it. Downtown’s not looking so bad now huh…

June 11, 2009 @ 4:20 pmAs that old song by the stylistics goes “People, make da, world go round”. Folks are crazy as hell. I get some horror stories in my store. People come in and just start talking to me about their wives leaving them or their son who is on drugs or buyin and sellin them. It’s a trip so this story is not out of the norm for my eyes.
