Is Keri Hilson Facing A Legal Battle?

Rumor has it that Keri Hilson may facing a lawsuit:
A talent agency in Atlanta is allegedly and rumored to be threatening to sue Keri Hilson and Universal Music Group over thousands of unpaid dollars for the services. A source told me that this talent agency in The A charges that they were outsourced to use its dancers rendered to the R&B artist. Some of the invoices go back to one year ago, they are alleging. I’m not sure who is behind this, but I can say they are HEATED.
Keri sure does seem to be rubbing a lot of people the wrong way these days. Let’s just hope this gets cleared up before it goes too far.
