Usher Raymond has decided to joined the legions of twitter maniacs and has officially created his own little twitter account while on the set of his new film:

Hello to the Twitter Nation…I said I wouldn’t do this. I’m on the set. Ashton and Demi did it!! If you can’t beat em join em! Here goes!!!

He’s even been twitpic-ing:

I’ve heard from a very reliable source that Mrs. Raymond is quite a bit peaved about this latest development and doesn’t seem to share in her hubby’s enthusiasm. She feels that Twitter will give “groupie chicks” more immediate access to Usher and she doesn’t like it one bit! Quite surprising since she’s on Twitter morning, noon and night begging for followers…
