Okay. Anyone who know’s me know that I love me some Cee Lo
even through the debri of noise that you guys are calling music now and days.
I will say this for my generation, the hip hop and R&B that was produced during the 80’s you knew who it was and there was a distinct difference in the recordings. You knew when Eric B. and Rakim was on the air verses Slick Rick or UTFO or Loose Ends and The SOS Band. They all sound really different.
I can’t tell the difference in what I call Lean Wit It Rock Wit songs cause they all have the same beat and the same no where lyrics.

What’s unfortunate to me about a lot of this current music is if this is an example of what we have to offer as a people then shame on us and our parents cause they obviously weren’t paying attention to their parents.

I’m at my furniture store and I had Etta James playing and it was great. You could feel the emotions coming through the songs and that makes people want to have a connection with things and in my case a connection with the goods in my store.

That’s all I have to say.
